Honestly? I have a hard time believing that one hasn't been photoshopped by someone XD still, if it is real, then that's quite a bad mistake to make

It's Photoshoped. You can tell because the "O" in OBAMA is of a lower quality than the other letters. Even the other "O", in REPORTS, looks better: the reports O is the source letter for the Photoshopping, but it is Photoshopped either way. So much for a funny picture, it's not legitimate.

I stand corrected. 
Much more funny now that, being a video, it's much harder to fake -> more real. This is indeed funny!
