Fadhili suddenly felt quilty, but before she could think it over too much Marini walked over to her, "Can I take a look at that?" she asked, pointing at the young lioness' bleeding ear. Fadhili slowly nodded and then sat still so that the lioness could get a better look.

Mufalfa smiled cruelly. "I shall drown you a little at a time. I shall drown you enough so you just experience death but not enough to kill you. Then you'll beg for death!" The adolescent lion said to Marini, "I made her ears bleed! I did everything."

Marini looked at the lion and then said in her usual sarcastic tone, "Really? I would have never guessed." Fadhili continued looking down at her paws.

The adolescent lion said, "All the more reason to kill me right?" Mufalfa laughed, "No. I'll make you suffer for an eternity until you die from your wounds."

Marini then said to Fadhili, "It might sting for a while, but it's nothing serious."

The adolescent said, "Nothing serious huh?"

Marini glared at the adolescent, "You've got a problem with that?" she asked, her voice a growl.
