Staff Nominations

Well, might as well post my own reasonings towards my nominations.

• Amanda - She's been here longer then anyone else on MLK, besides moka who doesn't really count. She was like the second member on this forum, and I think through all the dedication she's shown to this forum, she deserves it more then anyone else. :3
• SillyDogTheGreat - What else can I say? She's a fantastic artist, and an amazing person to have as a friend! I think she'd do really good, at being a moderator. xP
• SnowyCheetah - Well, old habbits don't always have to die hard. I think Snowy is a great person, and considering he was a mod before, it means he must have some sort of experiance by now. So that's the primary reason I voted for him, but I also did because it seems as if he's always nice to everyone, even the people he doesn't like, and he has some good self-control. x)
• Azdgari - Well, he always seems to be the guy to say the right thing, at the right time. He's like the forum meditator, and he truely seems like an awesome guy, so that's one of the main reasons I voted him.
• xLilacVixenx - She's always warm, and forgiving of everything. She is very accepting about anything, and won't judge you based on any bias she has against you. I think this is a good trait to show, towards being a mod. ^^
• TheRoguePrince - I think this would be a great oportunity for him. He seems as if he doesn't really understand the true essence of what it is to be a moderator, so that's why I decided to vote for him. It seems like he's got a thing or two he should learn, that I know I didn't until I started modding a major forum. Also, he seems like a cool guy, that wouldn't let his own personal Bias get in the way of how the forum operates. ^^

Also, I'd like to say a big thank you to anyone who nominated me. I know I'm not gonna win eigther way, but it really made me feel better yesterday, that people actually still care about me on here. I really appreciate this forum more then any of you would realize, and although I cause quite a few problems on here, I don't do it usually just thinking about myself, I do it thinking about everyone on here, and what I feel sounds better. Anyways, don't want to have a 1,000 page novel on here, so thank you all, and your welcome to anyone I voted for, and I wish all the nominies (sp?) good luck, it's seriously a great list so far, and I could easily say good stuff about anyone on the list so far. xP

SnowyCheetah: He's been a moderator before, and I think it's safe to say that he was the best staff member since NM and Zeke got promoted, imo. He handled his job well, knew how to settle disputes, and definitely changed MLK for the better. Besides all that, I think sno is responsible enough to handle the pressures of being mod (as he did before) and is a great guy to talk to.

SillyDogtheGreat: She's been on MLK for a very long time and knows her way around both the forums and the FAA. I think she'd make a wonderful contribution to the staff because she is dedicated, and just plain awesome as a friend ^^ *cough* plus she's a girl *cough* >:o

WildSimba: WS has got to be one of the nicest and most honest people I've ever talked to Seriously, every suggestion he's made, controversial or not, was only posted keeping the best interests of MLK in mind. Other than that, he has a lot of experience with being mod (was/is a moderator for TLKPF and Balto Source, not to mention admin TLKF) so he knows the amount of work it takes.

Snowy because he's got experience here and he seems very nice, Amanda because she's been here a long time, is articulate and kind, and seems very responsible, and Simby, even though he hasn't been here long, because he's already made a big impact here and has, I think, the capacity to be a great admin.

Ahh, why not, I'll explain my choice.

I chose Vixey because she is a kind, respecting person who I personally, greatly admire. She's fair and is respectful of others, and I think she will make a fine Mod. And her generosity is enormous and she's very forgiving and helps all the time. And also far as I can see she don’t judge people very often just by first appearance or grudges. ^_^
