Well, I Wasn't dissapointed because,
We wanted the Film, we got the film.
It Was not what many of us were waiting for but,
Come on, is better receive one film, or don't have another lion king?
It's not my favorite, but i like it the way it is :3
Many of you will not agree with my words, but, it's my opnion...

That'v very wise of you. The only thing I don't really agree with is that I think it would be better to not get a film than a badly made prequel/sequel or whatever it is.

I didn't feel disappointed when it was about those two, I just got disappointed with the film in regards to quality overal.
There was nothing wrong with the film being about Timon and Pumbaa, but the film being not as good as TLK or even TLK 2 is quite questionable... That is what I was disappointed with.

It just was not as instantly captivating as the first two were, I even stopped watching it at one point and returned to it later, not once with the first two did I ever consider to stop watching.

As much of a Timonoholic as I am, I was extremely disapointed. Not because it focused on Timon but because the lack of orginality and the fact it protrayed Timon as an arogant little brat. I wrote my own TLK 3 years before the realise of 1 & 1/2 and it was about Timon too. It went like this:

A team of human biologists has come to the Pridelands to study the animals. Nala is concerned because her father was killed by humans. Simba was told about them by his father but he protratyed them in a nutral light but Simba listens to Nala's concerns. Timon reqonises the leader of the biologists, Jim Blutton-Crock, as the man who killed his family and tried to kidnap him. We see flashbacks of Timon's childhood. The biologist keeps him in a cage and has an evil plan for him. Timon is rescued by the "lone ranger" of the Kalahari Desert and her horse and they raise him. I gave up on the story before I could think of how Timon met Pumbaa or came to the Pridelands. The "lone ranger" was me basicaly. I could talk to animals and wasn't afraid of anything and could always kick the biologist's dude's butt with ease. I carried an AK-47 around and would threaten to use it but never had to because the biologist was such a whimp. A cheesy story and maybe even worse than TLK 1 & 1/2 but I had a good time writing it.

Very disappointed. I haven't even been able to watch more than 10 minutes of it.
Okay the title was too long, but I was going to ask if anyone got dissspointed when they found out TLK3 was based on Timon & Pumbaa? Or rather.. more of Timon. Did you guys? I did. I thought it was going to include Kopa, but when I saw that it was based on the comic relief characters I got kinda just ugh. I find those two annoying. I think that TLK3 should of been based on Kopa. So, what do you guys think?
I TOTALLY agree! Kopa would be WAY better and (no offense) I just DESPISE Timon and Pumbaa (to put it nicely) I was very disappointed and a bit angry because Disney could of did something way better.

I mean, in TLK and TLK2, I found Timon and Pumbaa as annoying. TLK3 could of been a whole lot better if it was about something else.

Again, no offense to Timon and Pumbaa fans.

Honestly, I wasn't because I knew exactly what kind of movie I was going to see: a parody.
At least the animation was good.

Well you can clearly see by the way the movie is made that the last movie isn't from the 90's,it's based on humor (beginning of the end for Disney?), the last one isn't at all like the 1st and the 2nd movie, so yes i'm a little bit disappointed :(

I know right?! This is something I really hate about Disney movies nowadays. All current Disney movies are aimed at making audiences laugh instead of having good plots and songs. Movies from before the 2000s such as TLK and FATH were much more memorable and epic <3

I'm so sick and tired of Disney movies with Shrek-ish humor, average animation and plot and mediocre songs...
