I think it's a good idea. I see artwork being stolen/traced so much here that it's ridiculous, and no offense to the mods but it's a real pain to keep reporting these pics over and over again instead of getting them noticed and removed by the mods themselves.. I mean, enforcing this Universal Rule is their job right?

I've seen stolen artwork that I noticed in a single day that takes weeks for the staff to find out about it. I wouldn't mind helping out every once in a while but it feels more like a chore than offering a helping hand when it comes to dealing with stuff like this.
It's also not just theft that I notice, but general disregard for the rules overall. I've seen people upload pics that are completely off-topic and sometimes get away with it.
Amanda, I can't notice stolen art if I don't recognize that it's stolen. It takes a community to recognize stolen art, which is why I implemented that "Flag as inappropriate" system, and some members have been using it. If artwork is flagged and a link to the original picture is given, I will deal with it but if no one reports the art as stolen there is no way for me to know. I'm not an artist and I don't really recognize any Lion King picture outside of the FAA and that's just because I'm fairly new to the Lion King online community. No, I'm not the best person to moderate the FAA, but the FAA has fairly buggy moderation tools and it sometimes needs a helping hand in the database to make things work just right. I'm the only one who can do that right now, I just need people to help me out by flagging artwork and linking to the original artwork.
I'm working on the new FAA, which will have lots of options for moderators, but that's about a year away from being anywhere near ready.
