Wow, a lot of back and forth discussion in this thread now. Different points were made, but I still think that "Other" would be a good option to add. Some Outlanders, surely, were not just out for petty vengeance. At the same time, not everyone in the Pridelanders would be completely without other opinons. Past and personality have a wide effect on this, after all. And prides are usually composed of quite a few people. ^_^

Which it seems many of us do not wish to take part in. There are those who prefer the safety of a Pride, but an all powerfull monarch gets in the way of life.

Different prides would prove interesting, yes, but sometimes it would be rather pressing. I agree with your point about the monarch, though. That could get in the way of things, but it would depend on the person at the top.
