Kemmy was becoming more suspicious by the second as Brad tried to get her to leave, and seemed to be doing everything possible to come up with reasons his scent was on the truck and rifle. Brad... what's going on? she asked, narrowing her eyes at him, Are you hiding something from me? From the rest of the Pride? she didn't know what was up, but she could tell from Brad's nervous behavior that something was up.

Brad looked away again laughing nervously. "Me hiding something? Why of course not! I don't know what has happened here! How could I know!" He started to become even more defensive about what she was asking him. "Please no more questions. Please! No more!" He started to back up obviously showing that he was nervous on something and the way he kept looking away showed he was lying as well as if some huge, dark secret was waiting to be discovered.

Kemmy realized that Brad definitely was hiding something, and decided she was going to find out. What are you hiding, Brad? she asked harshly as she began approaching him. Did you have something to do with this? Had a problem with this dead lion, eh?! Kemmy leaped and landed on top of Brad, hoping to pin him down and keep him there so she could extract the truth. What's going on? Where are you really from? What did you do, and why are you plaguing our Pride?

Brad however wasn't going to tell the truth. He kicked her off of him and said, "Sorry about that. However nobody accuses me of anything. The truth is that I came upon this dead lion before anyone else. That is why my scent is everywhere. I checked out this place before everyone else. As for what I did I have done nothing and the reason I came to your pride is because I have no one and I needed a place to sleep and eat. Does that answer all of your questions whatever your name is?" He backed away hoping she believed him.
