I also adore the part just after Simba's meeting with his father's ghost when Nala wakes Timon and Pumbaa up. For it's comedic value, of course. :3 That exchange of dialogue is, in my opinion, the best bit in all three movies.
Nala: I can't believe it... he's gone back!
Timon: Gone back? Whaddya mean? ...hey, what's goin' on here, who's the monkey?!
Nala: Simba's gone back to challenge Scar.
Timon: Who?
Nala: Scar.
Pumbaa: Who's got a scar?
Nala: No, no, no. It's his uncle.
Timon: The monkey's his uncle?
Nala: NO! Simba's gone back to challenge his uncle to take his place as king.
