A little bit of time goes by before Jay eventually jumps up out of fear of the nightmares he just had.

[TheLastLion]

Kayla is startled by Jay. "What is it?"

[Stormy]

Jay plops back down on the ground breathing heavily. “I... just some uh, nightmares.”

[TheLastLion]

"About who or what?"

[Stormy]

“About.. my mom and Conal. I had a nightmare that Conal didn’t make it. Atleast one of them aren’t true.”

[TheLastLion]

"She seemed like a wonderful mother."

[Stormy]

Jay looks over to Conal still deep in his sleep.

[TheLastLion]

"No matter what happens, we stick together."

[Stormy]

A young light tan coated lioness approaches with a warm smile. Jay didn’t know her very well, but she was with the pride for as long as he could remember.
“Hey.” She says quietly. “How is he?”

[TheLastLion]

"He seems to be doing fine." Kayla replies.
