That is one beautifully illustrated map, although certainly, all the locations look too close to each other and are not spaced out enough. Nevertheless, as Carl states, it makes a good starting point. Perhaps, it could use a legend.
However, it is difficult to piece together a map of the Pride Lands since not much detail goes into it, and it is best left to personal interpretation. Even the dialogue in the first film contradicts itself concerning the location of the Elephant Graveyard. Nevertheless, I stick with Mufasa's words that it lies on the northern border, which means the water hole is beside it. The Lion King 1½ shows another perspective of the geography when the camera pans back from Pride Rock to the meerkat burrows. The gorge and the Elephant Graveyard were off to the front side of Pride Rock (if I remember correctly), but the Solitaire map claims the gorge (and what appears to be Timon and Pumbaa's jungle) is south of Pride Rock.
So, like I said, the geography of the Pride Lands is difficult to piece together. You may have to pick and choose and understand a sense of geography.
