If you are talking about this site, we aren't professional therapists. We can only do what we can do, and even something as small as that helps. Knowing that there are others who care is comforting.

Routines can definitely be very useful. I honestly need some kind of routine for most things in general. Unexpected things cropping up really stresses me out more often than not, and it can be really tough to adjust to something until there's a new routine involving it. I'm glad you're settling into one a bit and that it's helping out.

Are there really that many strange vegans out there? I rarely ever see them and when I do they're not like that (outside of Youtube comments...)

Just have fun explaining to them mass deforestation and how much wildlife is potentially lost in order to make farms lol
