It depends. Not all commercial films are going to be good, but some are pretty good. They have a far greater scale to them than art films. Art films are certainly usually more experimental, though.

Do you think a book is always better than its movie adaptation?

Usually, because books can offer more detailed info and tell you what the character is thinking. Movies could do that but its usualy in an in-head narration, which does get annoying after while. It seems better as a book usually.

what's something you've done recently that you're proud of?

Nothing except finding the courage to kill a bee in the living room window. I'm terrified of bee's, too much for my own good. It was a good moment, makes up for the thing I did earlier I wasn't so proud of.
