I already bought rotr on itunes back in november, unsure if I want to buy it again on dvd. Now if they were to release it on blu ray that would be a little bit tempting.

As for Disney Store UK ... you really don't believe there are many compitent people running their FB page do you?
Most of them, even working in the store, have no clue as to what is going on most of the time.

Was at the store on Oxford Street 2 weeks ago, and wow, first thing I noticed was their lack of enthousiasm towards costumers, something that was always so big in that particular store. Shame.

I could see why one might think that for an individual store's page, but this is a nationwide FB page. Considering that is the biggest representative for DS online (not counting the actual online store), they're going to be more than a little competent. This is customer service times 100. It's way easier to post complaints online than go in-store, and you should see some of the complaints on that page...

I don't blame DS at all for the response they're been giving us, it's most likely just aggravating us more because we know the merch is available elsewhere. So close yet so far. Also, this is what the person who is copying-and-pasting it has been told to do, so I'm not miffed at that. I just wish they'd release the damn promo already!

@Sadiki: To be honest with you, I'd leave it in the packaging if you're hanging it on the wall. I honestly think figures look so much more beautiful in their original packaging as opposed to on their own.

I have to admit that I am surprised (and thoroughly disappointed) with how Disney Store UK have handled this. I was told that merchandise would appear early-mid February. Apparently the US figures are even marked 'Disney Store London'!
Although nathalie, I've noticed that recently from the store in Watford as well. There's one guy who's nice and is the exception, the rest seem to have a poor knowledge of Disney in general and some of them never seem to smile, even when serving customers. I miss the old days of Disney Store, when staff had a passion for Disney and were always smiling no matter what, it really was a great atmosphere.

In Portugal, the Disney Store staff is always happy and very passionate about Disney. Plus, they have a very high knowledge of Disney and knew about TLG since its first trailer was out, which surprised me. It makes me sad to know that the staff of the UK DS isn't the same anymore.
Here, I was told that the items are stored and they were waiting for permission to put them on the store. I don't understand why it's taking so long, to be honest.

Odd. All the staff in our store seem knowledgeable about Disney. Admittedly the Christmas temps didn't seem as enthusiastic but the main members of staff are and they are generally lovely and chatty. I go in there for a chat sometimes

I was checking out the Lion Guard Instagram tag this morning and found this picture. On the ground in the center is the large Kion figure we saw in the video someone posted a week or so ago featuring a toy show for upcoming merch. Could anyone in the US tell me what this is exactly? Is just an enlarged version of the Just Play Kion figurine, or does it serve any other purpose? And has it been officially released? It's super cute either way!

It's called "pridelands battle brawlers" my dad saw it at toys r us and I almost got it but I didn't want to spend that money so I'm gonna get it later. There's currently a Bunga, but a Fuli and Janja are scheduled to release this year
