As much as I'd like to see more foreign lands, I think I'm too much of a flightless bird. I'll be staying in the US from now on. The weather's not too bad here, it's not a super crowded area, I can take a car to anywhere I need to go... yep. I'll be staying down home on the range. ;)

Isn't there a movie named "Home on the Range"?

^ There is. And a song. And a saying. It's kind of a meme for Southern US. :P

I'm on planes often. It's not too bad. The only difficulties are when there are crying babies and delayed flights. For me personally, being over 6 feet tall, some of the seating can feel small. Not a big deal though, considering at how amazing it is that you can take a flight anywhere in the world in a matter of hours. For the majority of human history, transcontinental travel was not simply a day trip. I think that outweighs some temporary inconveniences.

You have a point there. We can also say the number of people that traveled was also quite restricted, up until a few years ago.

It's more than inconveniences for me considering that being in a chaotic environment surrounded by strangers makes me unable to function. Its like my kryptonite, I feel totally vulnerable, exposed, and worst of all, like I'm all alone with no back up. There's nowhere I want to go bad enough to endure that... the only reason I did it before is because people do crazy things when they're in love.

And seriously, it would not have been as bad if it weren't for the Chicago airport. Seriously. Never go there. Anyone. Just don't.

As far as foriegn lands, i'd like to visit france, japan, and maybe spend a few days in london. I'd love to go to Africa but I hear there's a lot of violence in some areas.
Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves back up again.

I'd love to see Germany, London, some parts of Asia, but not as long as I have to plane there.
