"Good riddance, you knife-eared moron!" called Xandra from her roosting spot at the mouth of the cave, staring out at the moon.

Tali looked up and nodded at Xaron, "The children will be fine. Isn't that right Eon?"

Ghost stood silently at Balius's side and waited for one of the elven guard to open the gateway to Gorlia.

Xaron glared at Xandra from the corner of his eyes, and all of a sudden a bucket filled with ice-cold water fell on top of Xandra out of nowhere.

''you're VERY welcome, Xandra.'' he then replied.

''What children? I don't see any.'' replied Eon.

Waiting for the response with no result, Balius grew impatient and knocked the gate very loudly.

''Anyone there or not?! Open the damn gate already!''

At that moment, the gate slowly but surely opened.

The only sound that resonated through the cave was Xandra's scream, "[censored] YOU!"

"Oh no children, just the little kittens you dream of having with your kitty girlfriend!" Tali said in between a fit of laughter.

''Anyone there or not?! Open the damn gate already!''


"This one suggests we might break-" Interrupting Ghost's suggestion came the loud screech of the main gate as it slowly opened.

"Took them long enough this one has to say."

Right away after those words, several more buckets with icey water fell on top of Xandra at once.

''You'd better learn to shut your mouth like a good girl.'' Xaron added.

''Anyway... Later, children.'' he said, as he teleported away.

Eon grunted lightly in annoyance. ''Not that again, I thought we've been through that already.''

As the gate opened, the douchebag-elf came out, approaching the two of them.

''Brotha! What the hell do you think you're doing, yelling around and knocking our gate in the middle of our meditation?!'' the elf asked angrily.

''Maybe because of an emergency?'' replied Balius sarcastically.

Xandra began to swear a plethora of curses and swear words to no one in particular. Both wet and cold, the girl changed back into her wolf form and shook her sodden fur dry. 'I swear to God the next time I so much as see Xaron, I'm going to bite him straight in the ass. Even at the expense of my own life...'

"Old habits die hard, I know." Replied Tali to Eon, "Anyways, I'm going to try to find some wood to light a fire. It's freezing in here already and I'm cold myself and I can only imagine you're no better yourself. So unless me, Xandra and yourself plan on having a group hug and conserving our body heat among-st each other, I'm going to go find some wood."

With that Tali got up from her seat, dawning her quiver and bow and left the cave, leaving a pissed off Xandra and a sickly Eon behind.

Ghost flicked her tail in annoyance, 'Damned knife-ears, just let this one in already!'

"N'wah fetchers! Let this one and her companion in! These ones require an antidote of sorts!"

''Wait, I'm not sure if you noticed it but there are no trees or wood in this valley of death. Hell, not even a single blade of grass, only rocks and bones.'' spoke Eon before Tali left.

''Ok and who are you, catface?'' asked the douchebag elf captain. ''And why would you need an antidote?''

''To fix someone up from chimera venom, obviously.''

''We have no antidote for that, so get lost, brotha.''

"I'm such an idiot", Face palming, Tali rejoined Xandra and Eon in the cave, a light blush of embarrassment noticeable upon her face.

"I honestly forgot there were no trees or wood within the valley. I thought I'd try to help but nope. Another failed plan."

Ghost hissed a warning at the elf captain, her aura suddenly glowing with red malice, "This one, Catface, as you call her, will claw those pretty elven eyes of yours and wear them on my neck, n'wah. These ones require an antidote for a poisoned companion that may die! Ghost demands you let us see a mage or alchemists of yours. Surely you elves must know!"

Eon remained silent and for a brief moment, before sighing and speaking out his mind. ''Well if there's no other way I don't really mind plan B, as long that fleabag won't come anywhere near us.'' he said.

''Guards!'' shrieked the wood elf captain. That moment, elven archers came out of nowhere and aimed their bow at Ghost.

''There's no need for that.'' sighed Avistra. ''Truth be told, we have no antidote but elven magic could save your friend.''

Xandra padded down into the cave and scooped up the squeaky toy in her mouth as she headed deeper into the cave, walking past Eon and Tali with a disgusted look.

"Someone look like they're in a good mood." Tali remarked, gaining nothing more than an upturned tail in response from Xandra, "Whatever, go freeze. We're not the ones with a soaking wet pelt!"

Tali then went over to her companion and sat by him, "I suppose that's enough proof to show that Xandra won't be joining."

Ghost went to unleash her abilities when a pretty elven girl walked forward, the archers gradually lowering their bows.

''There's no need for that. Truth be told, we have no antidote but elven magic could save your friend.''

The khajiit turned to Balius with a concerned look, unsure of what to do next.

''Come on, don't be so hard on the poor mutt. At least she is kind enough to keep her fleas away from us.'' said Eon.

''And its not like we need her specifically to stay warm anyway.'' he added.

''Well elf lady, if you'd be so kind then do your elf magic stuff.'' said Balius.

''Depends who it is and where. Because I'm not risking my life for a mere mortal.'' replied Avistra.

''It's a head-knight from Daryon, not sure if you know about him but he is quite famous.''

''Oh him... The one who's part of master Xaron's ''fun project.'' Hang on, I'll be right back.'' she said as she walked off.
