If Jesse hadn't been my favorite character before this chapter, this was definitely when he became mine. I remember having to stop in the middle of the chapter right after the good part the first time around, and couldn't stop thinking about it all day. I'm kind of surprised I was right about what chapter it happened in, though. Usually I'm wrong about those things...
