Omg I remember when someone did that to me on Christmas eve!! It's mega annoying. Swear people don't think we have lives sometimes xD

^It absolutely sucks. What sucks more is that I already told him what his options were TEN MINUTES into the call. He got his iPhone stolen so I told him he can pay off his old phone and do an upgrade, or he can do an out of warranty replacement but he kept arguing with me until he eventually mentioned the competition and I transferred him to our retention team. But what a dumb!
I can't even imagine someone keeping you on the phone on Christmas eve. That would suck SO BAD.
