I closed my eyes and kissed him back, feeling happy that he is a part of my life. "I love you, Derek," I whispered.

"I love you, too, Mel-Mel," I replied.

I smiled at my nickname, then I leaned back, ending the kiss and said, "You know something? I can't help but feel like I have known you my whole life. Do you feel the same way?"

(Okay. I'm not. I was just wondering.)

"Yeah," I said. "It's so weird how that works, isn't it? Considering we've only known each other for a few years."

I nodded, saying, "Yeah, I guess maybe Fate or something wanted us to meet that very first time." I smiled and chuckled, remembering how Runt tried to pull me away, getting back to our little 'mission'.

"I'm glad we did. I've never met anyone like you. And who knows where we would both be right now if we didn't meet," I said.

I half smiled, then looked at all the stuff he had collected ever since he was a boy. I picked up a little box, opened the lid and a little ballerina came out and started dance to the box's music.

(I'm pretty sure it was Tip, and the walrus's name was Dash, if I'm not mistaken. )

I swam over to her and listened to the music coming from the music box, with the little ballerina inside. "It was a gift from my grandmother," I told her.

(Oh, it's been awhile since I last seen the movie!)

"It's beautiful, Derek." I said, humming along to the music, and sort of swaying a little bit.

The clone Melody found the perfect place where she can bring the real one and trap her here while she is being with Derek. She smiled evilly, knowing that she would make her mistress happy.
