The new danger in the land

Nuru: He's nice! And fun! Mufasa seems to not be shy with him anymore.

Marini chuckled to herself. "That's wonderful to hear." she said. Having finished cleaning Nuru's little gash, she decided to make use of the opportunity and give him a bath while he was there. Both he and his brother needed it after running around all day.

[Adofo]

Nuru: Ugh! Mom!!

"You're all dirty after running around all day, sweetie." said his mother with a smile. "Your brother is, too."

[Adofo]

Tua quickly grabbed his other son and started bathing him. His four little legs and tail all really needed it seeing as they were really dirty for some reason

After a while, Marini finished bathing Nuru. "Was that so bad?" she asked, letting the cub go. "Honestly."

[Adofo]

Nuru: Yes!

[TheWhistlerify]

"Why?" asked Marini, wondering whether Nuru had one real reason. Mufasa, meanwhile, was purring at his father's attention.

[Adofo]

Nuru: I like being dirty!

[TheWhistlerify]

Marini chuckled. She should have figured as much. "Well, you're dirty before your baths." It was some sort of a stalemate, technically.
