The new danger in the land

Tua: OKAY! Honey, just hold my paw and do not let go! And just keep staring i to my eyes! Okay baby?!
He gripped her paws and looked her dead in the eyes

Marini meanwhile was far from calm. "We should have stayed in the den..." she said worriedly, finding it difficult to lie still as her feelings only confirmed to her that she really was going into labor. Somehow, she could juat tell.

[Adofo]

Tua: Baby, just keep holding my paws and keep looking at me! It'll be fine! You're gonna be fine!

"M-maybe you should run and call someone?" asked the young lioness, looking around restlessly. No, that would be a bad idea. She didn't want to be left on her own.

[Adofo]

Tua: I won't leave you! And I am not letting go of this paw until its over!

Marini was about to say something else when a sharp pain went through her stomach. After a while (and a lot of yelling at Tua in particular), it was over. "Tua?" she asked quietly, looking up at him. She couldn't see it from her position, but there were two male nesborns next to her. One of them had Tua's golden fur and the other had her pale cream one. They had two sons.

(I was thinking the one that looks more like Tua could be the 'eldest')

Tua leaned over and brought two little cubs up and set them in Marini's arms.
Tua: We have two sons!

Marini's eyes went wide as she looked at their cubs for the first time. One of them let out an adorable sounding mewl, causing her to smile. "Oh, Tua, they're beautiful..." she said, leaning over and gently licking the two little hairballs. She loved them already. Their eyes were closed and, according to what Nala had told her, wouldn't open for a few weeks. "All the trouble for these two... It was worth it."

[Adofo]

Tua: Yeah...I'm so happy! .....I love you, Marini!

Marini smiled and rubbed her head against Tua's for s brief moment. "I love you too." she said quietly, looking down at their sons again. "And I love these two little guys as well, of course." She giggled, nuzzling them as they both mewled and shuffled about between her paws.
