Adofo gave his love a kiss on her muzzle. Adofo: Okay. I'm gonna get her in here. And we are going to gently....talk this out. Okay? Okay! YOu can come back in now!
Emunah trotted back in, though she kept a wary, but not angry, glance at Yekize. She seemed to move in a shuffle-type way, and her paws appeared to "scoot" along as her suspicious glare remained on Yekize.
Adofo: Okay. I know you two aren't exactly friendly right now but......I really think we can change that. Here's what we'll do. Yekize, you will calmly and nicely try to settle any problems you have with her. And Emunah, you'll do the same after her. Okay? Yekize....you may start.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold up," Yekize said a bit stubbornly, holding up a paw as if saying 'Watch it, Dofy'. "We aren't children. This isn't going to be settled with a 'you've done this' thing. We're not little cubs- or kits- who had a fight and are settling it like this."
Adofo: Baby.....I just want you two to tell each other why you are mad. And then work it out. I know you are not a cub.....just please go with me on this.
[Yekize's stubborn. -Gasp- Who would of thunk it?]
"Father, may I intervene?" Emunah said, though she still cast a harsh glare at Yekize. "I don't think we're ready to discuss our... previous, long-done battles or scuffles right here. It's personal."
"We'll discuss the matter, but nothing personal," Yekize said, her gaze softening when she looked at her mate. "For once I agree with the-" Emunah cleared her throat, stopping herself abruptly in mid-sentence. "Vice Queen."
