He knelled down and laid his hands on the ground for her to walk over to pick her up.

Emunah tried to grasp her paws in the bark of the tree. "Hmm..." She tried to haul herself up, her tiny paws grasping the tree bark.

[Adofo]

Adofo keep his hands on her butt to keep her from falling.
Adofo: The trick is to hook your claws into the bark.

[Is how you described him holding her appropriate?
Not trying to sound rude or anything, I'm seriously just asking. xD]

"My claws are extremely blunt," Emunah pointed out.

[Adofo]

(Yeah. he's not doing anything wrong. He's helping her climb. And he's right there incase she falls.)

Adofo: Oh...okay, just slide your claws in between the bark. But find a spark where it catches your claws. So you can pull yourself up.

Emunah slid her claws in between a small crevice in the bark, heaving herself up.

[Adofo]

Adofo: THere you go!
Adofo kept his hands a little ways under her in case she falls.

"I didn't know canines could climb!" Idalya said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: They can, but it's harder.

[Iri]

"Yep. Considering canine claws are not as sharp as feline claws, most of the time," Emunah said.

[My cat's claws are like... magical or something. We clip them, but two hours later she comes up to me as if saying "I'm baaack!"]
