Yekize's fur bristled. Why did he always emphasize "like always"?! Her eyes were brimming with tears.

[No offence, but he does that a lot.. he's always like "I'll just wait, like always".]

[Adofo]

Adofo came back later with her rabbit.
Adofo: Here you g-.....honey....whats wrong?!

(He just doesn't understand instinct.)

Yekize shook her head. She stopped crying. "Sorry. Just... um..."
"Hormones," Sky said. "Just lioness hormones."

[Adofo]

Adofo: You sure?

[Iri]

"Yep!" Sky said. "Just hormones, that's all, she had eight unusually large newborns in one night, obvious that she's going to have a few problems, they'll wear off in a few days, I promise, okay good night." She trotted out of the cave.

[And yes, they will wear off.]

[Adofo]

Adofo: Hey.....I'm sorry. While I was hunting I realize what I said probably sounded hurtful. Its just...I'm human...so i don't really understand instincts. I know its just.....what you have to do. And weather i get to hold them the first week they are born or not...they're still my cubs. I just...get so excited. Them when I get a chance to finally touch them...you can't let me. I'm sorry if I upset you. Just...please understand.

[Iri]

"I understand," Yekize said, nuzzling him. "I love you, Adofo."

[And by the way, Sky is angry, that's why she was talking really quickly, and she left abruptly.]

Adofo: I love you too. ....*sigh* only six more days until i can hold them....
He tried to force a smile.
Adofo: Need anything else?
