Adena shrugged. "It's going well. You can just call me Adena, that's what everyone else calls me. I don't like being referred to as 'Princess'."

Kabi: oh....sorry. So.....Adofo's your father? Adoptive? Step?

[Iri]

"Birth. Why does everyone think it's abnormal to have a human as my father?" Adena growled.

[Adofo]

Kabi: ....oh....I'm sorry! Its just....the last human to mate with a lion....didn't end well....it was over 300 years ago and out of the five cubs, only one made it. But it died a few hours after birth. And they were all very deformed. So....wow.....are you the only one?

[Iri]

Adena glared at him a little. "No. All of my sisters and brothers were sired by him."

[Adofo]

Kabi: Wow......you know he talked so much last time about cubs.

Kabi: ....no. He kept talking about you, Samaki, Adofo jr, Ua, and all his cubs. He couldn't shut up about all of you! He seems really proud of all of you! He must really love you!

Adena blushed a little. "Yeah. I was solitary when I was a cub." She curled up on the ground, looking up at the stars. "I have cubs of my own, actually." She regretted letting the words tumble out of her mouth.

Kabi: Yeah. I heard. He said he was really proud of you for raising your cubs by yourself! But....he never told us about your mate. What happened?
