Attack of Zuberi

[Adofo]

(Yeah)
Sarabi: Boys........I don't have much time!
Adofo: Mom!
Simba: No mom, you're going to be okay!
Sarabi: It's okay boys! I've lived a good long life!
Simba: Mom....please don't leave us!
Adofo: We love you!
Sarabi: I love you too boys!
Adofo and Simba get on each side of their mother and get as close to her as they can.
Sarabi: Adofo, I want you to know, from the moment I laid my eyes on you, I've loved you with all my heart! And I know it seems unlikely living with us but.....I know you'll find yourself a girl to spend the rest of your life with! I'm so proud to call you boys my sons! I love you both!
Adofo/Simba: We love you too!
The boys hold her tight as the last bit of life leaves her body.
Adofo: *cries* Goodbye mom!
Simba: *cries* We will always love you!
Later the boys have dug a hole for her out behind priderock, next to Mufasa's grave. Before they bring the body down from the cave, Adofo takes out one of her fangs and puts it on his necklace, right next to his birth mothers.
Adofo: Okay.....you ready to take her down there?
Simba: .....yes.
Adofo picks her up and cradles her body in his arms. They walk side by side down back behind priderock where everyone is waiting. Simba, before Adofo lays her in the hole, kisses her goodbye, one last time.
Simba: *kiss* Goodbye mom!
Adofo steps into the hole and gently lays her at the bottom, then he gives his final kiss goodbye.
Adofo: *kiss* Goodbye mom! We all love you very much! Me ad Simba will miss you the most........we'll never forget you!
Adofo climbs out and the two brothers start putting the dirt back into the hole.
Nala: Boys........you want to say some words?

[Iri]

Adofo: Yes. I will go.
Simba: Go ahead.
Adofo: Thank you, Mom, for adopting me and taking care of me. From the moment you found me, I have known nothing but love, care, and affection. Thank you, Mom.
Simba: Mom, thanks to you, I have the best brother in the world. Thanks to you, I have the loveliest mate in the world. Thank you, Mom.
Nala: *Sits down next to Sarabi's grave* Vita otium valens beati, Sarabi.
[That's Latin for life, peace, healthiness, and happiness, and it's kind of like a blessing on Sarabi's way to the Great Kings]

[Adofo]

Adofo: Mom......you were the best mother we could ever ask for! Even though I was not your own cub.....or any type of cub for that manner......you always treated me as your baby! From caring for me when I got hurt, to giving me baths. Me and Simba both said "I love you" everyday and even if we said it for every second for the rest of our lives, it would not even come close to explaining how much we love you!
Simba: You taught us a lot. You gave us a lot! Love, care, a chance at life and many many more......you will always be in our hearts! We know you are happy being up there with dad and some day.........both of your boys will be up there with you!
Adofo/Simba: We will love you forever.....till the end of time! Goodbye mom!
Adofo gets down on his knees and the two brothers hug each other tight as tears pour from their eyes.

[Iri]

*The next day, Simba can't find Nala*
Simba: Where is Nala?!
Nala: I'm out here.
Simba: Nala, you scared me.
Nala: Simba, I'm leaving Pride Rock.
Simba: What?!
Nala: Only temporarily!
Simba: Why?
Nala: It feels like the time is near for the cub to be born. I'll be back in a few days or a few weeks, at the most.
Simba: Er... bye, then.
Nala: I'll be back.
*Nala leaves Pride Rock and walks further into the savanna until she is nowhere to be seen*

[Adofo]

Adofo is sitting at the back of the cave, messing with Sarabi's tooth on his necklace.
Simba: Hey........you alright?
Adofo: ......no......you?
Simba: ......no......even though I'm about to become a father.......it doesn't take the pain away.
Simba sits next to his brother.
Adofo: I just can't believe it........when we were little.......I thought mom and dad would live forever! But......then when dad died......it opened my eyes........I just though we wouldn't lose mom so soon! I knew she wasn't all that young when she had you but........I just thought........i don't know......

[Iri]

Simba: And... I understand that it's instinctive for lionesses to leave when they think it's time for their cubs to be born, but... Nala's leaving doesn't really help.
Adofo: I know you're not angry at her, Simba. You're worried that something bad will happen to her.
Simba: Well... yeah. Of course I'm not angry at her, it's just...
Adofo: *Pats Simba's shoulder* It understand.
*The next week. Nala returns with a soft-furred cub's scruff in her mouth. Her head is lowered and her tail is drooping sadly.*
Simba: Nala!!!
Nala: *Through the mouthful of cub-fur* Hi.
Simba: Nala, you look sad...
Nala: *Sighs* There were four cubs in the litter. One died after birth, and the other two... well, they disappeared from the den when I was asleep.

[And right now, I have to go to bed... ]

[Adofo]

Simba looks horrified.
Simba: WHAT!?!?
Nala: Hey, it's okay! We still have this one!
Simba looks at his cub but it slowly starts to vanish.
Simba: What......what's going on!?!?
Nala: It's okay! We have each other!
Nala slowly begins to fade away.
Simba: No.....NO NO NO!!!! ADOFO!!!!
Adofo: Yeah?
Simba: ADOFO WHAT'S HAPPENING!?!?!?!?!
Adofo: I'm sorry Simba but.....I killed mom and dad.
Simba: WHAT!?!?!?!?!
Adofo: Yeah. Like everyone said. I'm a human....humans need to kill wild animals! NOW YOU'RE NEXT!!! HehehehhahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!
Simba runs out of the cave and leaps off of priderock, but there's no ground. He just falls into a pit of pitch black nothingness.
Simba: AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Simba wakes up. He was just having a nightmare. He nudges his brother to wake up.
Simba: Adofo! Adofo!
Adofo: Ugh....what? What is it?
Simba: Uhhhh.......do you love me?
Adofo: Of course I do.
Simba: Okay.
Adofo: Is that all?
Simba: Yeah.....that's it. Sorry I woke you!
Adofo: It's okay!
Adofo quickly slips back into dreamland and Simba shortly follows. Early that morning, Nala is seen off in the distance. A cub hanging from her mouth and a smile on her face. Adofo and Simba rush to see them.
Simba: Nala! You're back!
Nala sets the cub down.
Nala: Simba, I'd like you to meet you son and Adofo I'd like you to meet your nephew.....Kopa!

[Iri]

Simba: Kopa? That's a wonderful name! My heir!
Nala: *Smiles* I'm so happy!
Adofo: Hey, Kopa! Meet Uncle Adofo!
Nala: And, Simba... I'm sorry, but Kopa is the only cub of the litter.
Simba: Why should you be sorry for Kopa? Oh, Nala, he's perfect!
Nala: *Smiles* Adofo, do you want to see your nephew?

[Adofo]

Adofo: I would love too!
*Adofo picks up his nephew*
Adofo: Hey there little guy! I'm your Uncle Adofo! You have got some of the best parents you could ask for! I'll try my best to be the best uncle ever!
*Kopa rubs his head on Adofo's chest and falls asleep in his arms*
Adofo: Awww! *kiss*

[Iri]

[Since the rhinos are gone, can we start using some rogues as the antagonists now? It kind of swaps through the villains...]
*At the rogue territory*
Etana: Dhakiya, will you shut up about your precious little "peace"?!
Dhakiya: But, Busajja, Dhakiya, Tindo, Keyah, we don't need to provoke the Pride Lions! We can make peace with them!
Keyah: Oh, will you shut UP, you filthy, flea-bitten otium?!
Dhakiya: We don't need to live in exile!
Busajja: Dhakiya, for the last time, HOLD YOUR TONGUE!
Dhakiya: But-
*Busajja attacks her and pins her to the ground with a snarl*
Busajja:
*Dhakiya heaves him off of her*
Dhakiya: Busajja, please! Listen to me! If we make peace with the Pride Lions, we can live happier lives, with no war, no bloodshed!
Etana: Didn't you hear Busajja?! He said for you to be quiet!

[And once more, bedtime... gah, how I'd love to stay up all night drawing fan-art and writing fan-fiction, but the bad news is, I've got a really important test at school and the teachers are all like, "Get lots of sleep!" ]
