It's a printer scanner. It is an issue with the program and how old our computer system is. The printer had the ink cartridges refilled then replace, but it wont register that they were filled, its asking us to check to see whats wrong with them but nothing is, so everytime we turn it on it freaks out about that, but that hasn't prevented me from being able to scan stuff. But now when i open the programing HP Solution Center, which is what we use to control the printer, and i try to scan it freaks and says there is an error and it tells me to try: turning off, or unplugging and re-plugging the device, make sure the device is plugged in, reboot the computer or uninstall and re-install the device.
Doing some of these has fixed it over the last month or so, but now none of those are working anymore, so we are most likely going to have to get it serviced.
