Help with downloading a program

Hey so guys I know a lot of amazing artist that used paint tool sai but I can't seem to find a reliable site to download it from.If you use Paint tool sia can you please put The link to were you dowlaonded it from.And can you show or tell me the steps to dowload it.Thanks and that about all.

I don't actually have the program itself, but I would recomend using torrents.
It is a free program, isn't it?
You can go to torrentz.eu/ and search what you like. You will need a bittorrent client, uTorrent, Transmission,etc. uTorrent isthe easiest to get and most reliable from my expierence.
When you search, with your options/results, scroll right some if need be, and pick the torrent with most seeds. You also should have what OS you use in your search.
Click the torrent link, it should load a new page, I advise ya scroll down a bit when it first loads, there can be some odd ads.
You then should have a list of sites to go to.
Try and go for kickasstorrents or called kat if avaible. Don't do piratebay unless you cannot find another torrent with better options.
piratebay will likey have the torent file you want... but it is full of inappropriate ads. It's literally a worst-case cenario place to go to because of the aweful ads.
I'll see if I can get a direct to a torrent tomorrow... when I get access to a PC. I'll also attempt to get a link to uTorrent... ifyadon't have it.
You can actually get quite a lot ofstuff from Torents free. Movies, music, etc. The list is endless.

Okay, got to a PC: here's a link to get uTorrent, if ya don't already have it~

And here's a link to a Paint Tool SAI Torrent~ You'll have to copy this link, open a new tab, paste it in the address bar, then click enter. It should pop-up a box, click save, but be sure uTorrent is installed first! Or your PC's Virus Protection could see the torrent file as a virus.

The torrent file is 1.7KB I think. So it should be instant.
After ya have the torrent downloaded, and uTorrnet installed, open the torrent. That should open up uTorrent, and a box should appear with some options.
You can pick the files to download within the torrent, where it will save the files, and more.
The .rar file inside the torrent should be 4.86MB
Since this torrent is in .rar format. It'll need to be uncompressed.
You'll need Winrar or 7-Zip to uncompress it.
Odds are after that, it should be an .exe file. Follow that as you would when you install something.
Then I reckon you should be good to go!
