In my honest opinion, it's just the experience behind the artist, age is well, irrelevant to me. I'm 19, 20 next month though. I started drawing in 4thish-6th grade intently. It really just matters where that artist began drawing.
If you need a higher speed of internet, like you are in the country, Hues Net and Wildblue are really the only options there. But they each are a 100ish a month, and have bandwidth usage. In town, you ought to be able to get a cable to fiber-optic for roughly the same price. I do admit dial-up is like 15 a month, but much slower.

I'm gonna take a guess on how long you been drawing, correct me if I am wrong, XD a year or two?
And lovely twist in the rant, XD

Actually, I have been drawing for at least 5-6 years, I started drawing wolves, and now lions, I must say I much prefer drawing on paper though. while everybody else is on their devices, I just want a pad and a pencil! The thing is, at my school some people want signed pieces of my drawings, and even on there arms! I've been kind of slowed because of my running for student council though, the flyers, candy, t-shirts (for my committee) :) I wish I had a camera to take pictures of my drawings but I don't, I may have a solution, when I find one... WATCH OUT! XD I love your take on this, so very true! XD Thanks for the feedback! XD ~Kiana
