When visiting the 9/11 Memorial I saw this tree in the middle of the sidewalk. It's called the Survivor Tree. When they removed the rubble from the crash this tree was found standing and alive; snapped roots, chard and bent branches, but alive.

Don't forget those who used their lives to help save and protect another. Most people that they helped were complete strangers.

Yes. It was the saddest part of my trip... we're all here for you Elizabeth, you might be sad but you're not alone

This boy in my year, his mum was in the Twin Towers the day before, a few months before he was born.

Fortunately not. He can be really annoying sometimes but he's okay really.

My oldest sis was there 2 weeks prior to the attack. But Never forget, honour those who survived.
