Okay, so I've made my Flamefeather species. I will only accept you to be lieutenant IF you promise to be loyal and if you will be at least a little active. Because I wouldn't be pleased if someone made a lieutenant and they were active in the pack once a year.
Also, another "high-rank" is medic or shaman. If you are going to be a shaman or a medic, I wouldn't appreciate the Flamefeather pack going into battle, and four real-life days later you come on and you say "Okay, who has wounds again?"
But please, if you're not going to be active in the pack, DO NOT make a lieutenant, medic, or shaman.

Askari: You should make a pledge or something! That way, we each vow our alliance to the group. Here is my pledge:
I promise to protect the Flamefeather species, to share my knowledge and rely on my friends to guide me.
I thought these would be appropriate to pledge as we have to rely on each other, we each have our strengths (that we can share) and we all have our weaknesses (and we needed everyone else to support us!)
