Anybody has any tips to enchance my art?

I need something to draw, an idea. I LOVE the song Demons by Imagine Dragons but I don't know what to draw based on that D: Plus, I'm getting big migraines and I just can't draw. Severe art block, it's like occurring like every other day now. My dad, he's not doing good because he's really sick. School has taken most of my spare time. I'm exhausted. I just really need help and tips on what to draw or something because I'm not in a good mood. My neck hurts too. Some times I get sick with a fever and it's just horrible. I need your support guys..... I'm probably not going to be uploading for a while....... Good bye for now I guess :T

Yeah, but that's the only thing I could finish, also because I was liking how it was coming out and I wanted to finish it so badly >3> and I can't draw, art block, migraines, school, they messed it up :c
