I don't do or make any requests, so I don't exactly know how the request system works. But as far as your posts go, they are very, for lack of a less rude term, unprofessional. Usually when you want to have people request that you make art for them, it helps to show a few examples first, so people know what you are capable of.

Also, spamming emoticons is rather rude and unpleasant to look at. If you create a topic, only create one, not two or more. And when you do, be patient. Don't expect a hundred requests to be made in the first hour. Expect people to make requests once a day, at best. Usually they are much rarer.

I hate to say it, but you are acting like a complete troll. With this attitude, people will only ignore you in the best of terms.
