I wrote this a long time ago and decided to put it here to keep everything organized like I said. I hope you guys don't mind a second read. =] Here's the original thread:

Plankton's Partner
After today's failure at another attempt to steal the Krabby Patty formula, Plankton was flicked back to the Chum Bucket by his arch enemy, Mr. Krabs. All these years his evil plans never succeded. He needed to think straight - a plan that'll get him to sucessfully retrieve the formula.
"Well, how did it go?" his computer wife, Karen, asked, curious to know.
Plankton sighed. "Oh, my dear computer wife, you don't know how it feels like to be a failure. I need a brilliant, evil plan that'll help me get the secret formula! It's not fair of Krabs to steal all of my business!"
Karen thought for a moment then got an idea. "Hm... maybe you have to get help."
"Help?" Plankton repeated.
Karen was sure of it. "Yes. You need a partner. Someone loyal and just as evil who despises Krabs hiself or herself."
Plankton approves of this idea. "I like where you're going with this. Come on, tell me more."
Karen sighed. "First, you need to put up a 'help wanted' sign up on your front door. Maybe a citizen or two might be interested in helping you out."
Plankton smiled evilly and said to himself, "Then I'll start right away. This plan couldn't possibly fail!"
One day at the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs was staring out his window watching across the street, wondering what Plankton's up to.
"Help... wanted." he read aloud to himself the poster taped up upon the Chum Bucket.
Then, he knew what his enemy was doing: "He's looking for me customers to help him steal me secret Krabby Patty formuler!"
Suddenly, Spongebob interrupted him. "Hiya, Mr. Krabs! What'cha doing?" he asked curiously.
He was surprised. "Spongebob, me boy! What are you doing out of your work station? You're supposed to be flippin' Krabby Patties."
"Gee, sir. I'm sorry, but I was wondering why you were staring out your window near the front entrance." the yellow sponge explained.
"I just saw that poster! That little sneak is gonna hire someone to help him get the Krabby Patty secret formula!" cried Spongebob's boss.
The yellow dude narrowed his eyes. "Not on my watch." he declared. "I'll keep on the lookout sir!"
"Thanks, Spongebob! I'll be counting on ye. Now get back to work."
"Aye, aye Mr. Krabs!" Spongebob said cheerfully then went back in the kitchen.
Mr. Krabs turned back to his window. He gasped when he saw a customer out the front door near the Chum Bucket!
"You will never win, Plankton! I'm gonna come after ya!"
Soon...
There was a knock that Plankton heard. "A customer!" he said happily.
Karen teased. "Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! YOU have a customer?! Like that would happen."
Plankton pulled her plug and she turned off. "I'll handle this myself."
Before his eyes after he opened up the door, he saw a female fish with a pink dress on and with a ribbon in her hair.
"Welcome to the Chum Bucket, ma'am! Are you here to eat in?"
The customer looked down. "Uh, actually, no. I'm here because of the Help Wanted sign."
Plankton smiled. "Fine. This'll be great, though. Come on in. I'll help you get started."
He led the girl in and closed the door. He sat her down in a chair then pushed her in the employee room. Plankton sat across the table.
She rolled her eyes. "Is this really necessary?"
Plankton chuckled. "Of course it is. This is a private meeting."
She sighed. "Well, let's get this over with. I really need to get a move on soon."
"Then why did you come in when you needed to leave?!"
"I was bored. Plus, it's crowded inside over there at the Krusty Krab. Couldn't find parking either."
Plankton pointed. "That's what I wanted to talk to you about! But first I need to know something."
"What?"
"What's your name and what's the reason why you came here to help me?"
"Oh, my name's Charlene. I hate Krabs 'cause he was a bully to me back in grade school. I heard you hate him too."
Plankton was surprised. "Really, Charlene?"
Charlene nodded.
"Wow, then this plan will work out just fine." he said, then did an evil laugh. "Here's your mission..."
"Well what do I have to do?" asked Charlene. She leaned closer to Plankton and smiled her most sneaky smile so he could whisper in Charlene's ear.
"All you have to do is walk in the Krusty Krab, order a Krabby Patty, make that to-go, then bring it back here. I'll inspect what it's made of 'cause it'll tell me what the secret ingredient is!" Plankton said with an evil chuckle. "If I do it, Krabs will kick me out of his resturant immediately."
Charlene thought for a moment. "Good point." she smiled. "I'll do it."
"Yes..." Plankton said.
They both did a high-five and Charlene went out the door.
"This is so working out perfectly!" said Plankton.
The next day...
"Welcome to the Krusty Krab, miss, may I take your order?"
"Yeah. I'll order one Krabby Patty please." Charlene told him.
"...I'll never understand you people." Squidward sighed. "Spongebob, one Krabby Patty on the double."
"One Krabby Patty coming right up!" Spongebob replied proudly.
In five seconds, he was done.
"Order up!" The sponge called out.
Squidward grabbed her meal and gave it to her.
Charlene remembered what Plankton said. A thought bubble appeared above her head with a white background and he said to be exact: "And make that to-go."
"Oh, and make that to-go. I need to get a move on quickly." said Charlene.
Squidward looked at her. "You don't know how lucky you are." then he gave her a brown paper bag with her meal in it.
Charlene headed to the door outside, back to the Chum Bucket. With tough luck, Mr. Krabs spotted her after coming back to the Krusty Krab on foot.
Charlene saw him. "Oh, barnacles." she said to herself.
"Charlene? Is that you?" asked Mr. Krabs, taking a good look at her.
"No."
"Ah, come on. I know that little pink bow in your hair anywhere. You used to go to the same classes as me back in High School."
"Leave me alone, Krabs."
"What's wrong with ye? Did I do something?"
"Yeah. You used to humiliate me in front of the whole school, every day."
Mr. Krabs scoffed. "Bah, that's crazy talk! I never did any of those stuff."
Charlene folded her arms. The camera zoomed in foward to Mr. Krabs as he remembered a flashback in his mind. It showed younger (teen years) Mr. Krabs with many scenes in High School teasing Charlene for whatever reason at different destinations. Everyone joined in, even her friends, and they teased her. Charlene didn't say anything, though. She kept going on and ignored the pointing and laughing crowd. Inside, she never liked it. Just felt annoyed. The flashback ended then it all came back to him.
Mr. Krabs gasped. "Oh... oh, yeah. I'm really sorry, Charlene. I didn't know it hurt you that much. I won't do it again."
Rachel rolled her eyes. "Isn't it too late for sorry by now?"
He thought for a moment. "Eh. I guess so." he sighed. "But I'm pretty sure that's all behind our past now."
"Whatever. I really gotta get going."
"Okay, say... where are you going with that patty?"
Charlene held up the paper brown bag with the Krabby Patty inside. "Oh, this? I'm bringing it over to the Chum Bucket so Plankton can get the secret formula. Why?"
"Ahhh!" Mr. Krabs screamed. "He hired you to help him get the formula?!"
Charlene nodded. "Yeah."
He growled. "Not on my watch he won't! Stay here. Give me this. I'll be right back..."
