Yes, it's another KFP oneshot. I warn you now, it's a bit violent. No bashing or flaming, please.

Three leopardesses

It was early evening in the village of Ping-Chen. In a luxurious home at the far side of the town, a male Snow leopard clad in black robes with embroidery paced outside the bedroom door. The leopard’s name was Ming-Jin, and right now, his beloved wife and fellow Snow leopard, Li-He, was delivering their children. They were some of the wealthiest residents of this village, yet no one knew where that wealth had come from. Of course, Ming-Jin and Li-He knew: they were the heads of an ancient and secret assassins’ guild called the Wu-Ah guild. Ming-Jin’s ancestors had founded the dangerous organization long ago, during the days of China’s first emperor. Ming-Jin continued his wait. Finally, a servant emerged from the room.

“Master, you’re the proud father of three beautiful daughters,” she said.

Ming-Jin went into the room. Li-He was lying in the bed, their three new cubs in her arms.

“Here they are. The heiresses to the Wu-Ah guild,” Li-He said with a smile.

Ming-Jin held each of his daughters for the first time. It was then that the triplets received their names: Bai Jiang, Ya-Yin and Fen Lan. A short time later, Ming-Jin and Li-He threw a party to celebrate the birth. However, little did they know that one of the guests was actually a spy for Ming-Jin’s worst enemy, a grey-furred wolf name Yao Long. Yao was the head of a rival guild, one that was newer and less secretive. This last fact had been the source of much bitter rivalry between them. The spy left the party and headed back to Yao Long’s home. Yao had been keeping an eye on his enemies ever since he learned of Li-He’s pregnancy, and he was eager for news. Upon entry, he went to his master.

“Master, Ming-Jin’s children have been born,” he began.

“How many and what gender?” Yao Long asked.

“Three daughters,” the spy replied.

Yao Long smiled viciously.

“Excellent. Soon, we will strike,” he said.

“Very soon?” the spy asked.

“No. I will wait until the girls are old enough to understand pain and loss and then strike down their father,” Yao answered.

The spy nodded. Back at their estate, Ming-Jin and Li-He couldn’t be happier.

“In a few years, I will start their training in the Kung Fu arts,” Ming said.

“They’ll make fine assassins one day,” Li-He answered as she looked into the cubs’ cradle.

And so, the few years passed. Bai Jiang, Ya-Yin and Fen Lan were now five years old. They were cute, but were also the village bullies. The other children feared them. However, this didn’t matter to them, as they always had each other to play with. That day, their mother came to them.

“Girls, your father wishes to see you,” Li-He informed them.

“We’re coming,” they said in unison.

When they arrived, Ming-Jin acknowledged his daughters.

“Hello, dear daughters. Today, you start training in the art of Kung Fu,” he began.

“We’re ready,” Bai answered.

“What is Kung Fu?” Fen Lan asked.

Ming-Jin kneeled down to her level and explained it all.

“And when your training is complete, you will be unstoppable,” he added.

And with that, the training of the three small cubs began. Years began to pass, and the girls were now 16 years old. They had grown to be quite beautiful, and vicious. Ming-Jin and Li-He couldn’t have been prouder. Today, the girls were to be presented to the members of the guild. The girls were dressed for the occasion.

“Oh, you three look wonderful,” Li-He commented.

“Thank you, Mother,” Ya-Yin said.

Ming-Jin was eager to show them off. He approached them.

“Today is an important day. As of now, you are a part of the Wu-Ah guild,” he told them.

And with that, they left their home and headed to Wu-Ah’s secret headquarters. All the members were assembled. Ming-Jin and Li-He stood before them. Ming began speaking.

“Members of Wu-Ah, as you all know, I have been training my daughters to one day take my place. I now give you my girls, Bai Jiang, Ya-Yin and Fen Lan,” the male Snow leopard said.

At the mention of their names, the young leopardesses stood before their parents’ allies.

“They are truly beautiful, like their mother,” a female fox assassin said.

The others agreed. After the presentation, there was a large feast. Then, just before bed that night, Ming-Jin went to see the girls.

“What is it, Father?” Bai Jiang asked.

“My enemy,” Min-Jin replied.

“Why?” Ya-Yin said.

Ming-Jin then proceeded to explain the story of his feud with Yao Long in detail.

“Father, if you wish, we will go and tear him to pieces,” Bai replied.

This sounded tempting to Ming, but he refused.

“We should be patient. Wait for him to make the first move,” he said.

The girls seemed disappointed, but their father assured them it was for the best. Ming then left, and the girls got ready to sleep. It was then that Bai had an idea.

“I was just thinking: if we’re going to be a trio fighting in our parents’ name, we should take a group name that honors them and the guild,” she said.

Her sisters shared a look. They liked the idea, but were unsure of a name.

“What?” Ya-Yin asked.

Bai thought for a moment, and then it came to her.

“Henceforth, we will be known as the Wu sisters,” she stated.

Bai’s sisters smiled.

“Nice name,” Fen Lan said.

“I agree,” Ya-Yin added.

It was agreed. From this time on, the deadly trio of sisters would forever be known by this name. Time passed, and Yao Long decided to put his plan into motion. As Ming walked along the white stone path to the entrance to his home, Yao and his spy emerged from hiding. Yao was wielding his trademark weapon: a bamboo fighting stick. It looked like any other stick, but there was a difference: on either end, it had two sharp spikes.

“And now, it is time to end our rivalry once and for all,” the wolf said.

Ming-Jin pulled his sword and a duel began. The girls heard the clashing from their upstairs window and looked out.

“Should we go and help?” Fen Lan asked.

“No, our father is more than capable,” Bai replied.

However, tragedy was about to strike. Yao Long somehow managed to get the upper hand. He struck with the center of the stick, striking Ming in the chin, causing him to drop his sword. He then spun around and impaled the Snow leopard through the heart. He fell to the ground, blood flowing out and staining the white stone of the pathway. In that moment, he died. Yao Long then turned around and looked at his spy.

“I’m now going to hide in the Valley of Peace, at the Dragon’s tooth inn,” he whispered.

He then left. It was then that the Wu sisters came out. The rabbit spy looked at them in horror as they approached. At that moment, Li-He, out of concern for how long it had taken Ming to come in, came as well. Upon seeing her husband’s corpse, she became enraged. She and her daughters glared at the rabbit.

“Who did this?” she demanded.

The rabbit then betrayed his master out of fear.

“Yao Long,” he stated.

“Where is he now?” Li-He continued.

“I won’t say,” the rabbit replied.

Bai Jiang walked over to him and extended her claws in his face.

“You will tell us, or I will disembowel you right here and now,” she said.

In his terror, the rabbit told them everything.

“Excellent,” Li-He said.

“Now can I go?” the rabbit asked.

Li-He glared.

“No. As punishment, I’m handing you over to the members of the Wu-Ah guild so they can punish you,” she said.

The rabbit gulped. Bai Jiang went to her mother.

“Mother, while you deal with this pathetic fool, may the three of us go and deal with our father’s killer?” she asked.

Li-He looked at her daughters.

“Yes. You must avenge your father’s death,” she said.

“We won’t fail you, Mother,” Ya-Yin answered.

And with that, the girls headed in to prepare for their journey to the Valley of Peace. They got their daggers that Ming-Jin had had made for them and put on hooded cloaks. Following this, it was time for them to go. The sisters said goodbye to their mother and headed off. They traveled until finally reaching the Valley. From there, they headed to the Dragon’s tooth inn, threatening the ewe at the front desk in order to get Yao Long’s location. They got it and headed over. Yao Long went to answer the door upon hearing the sisters’ knock.

“Who is it?” he asked.

It was Bai Jiang who spoke, her voice filled with rage.

“The daughters of Ming-Jin. We come to avenge our father,” she stated.

A wave of fear seized the wolf. His fighting stick was over in the other half of the room, near the bed. He couldn’t reach it in time. Just then, the Wu sisters busted through the door and doffed their cloaks. They then drew their daggers.

“I think we should have some fun with him before we kill him,” Bai suggested.

Ya-Yin and Fen Lan liked the idea. The sisters then attacked Yao Long, mutilating him with claw and dagger. Finally, Bai stabbed him through the heart, killing him. They then fled as they heard the ewe’s voice coming from down the hall. She found the corpse. It was then that she decided to contact the Jade Palace. She sent a messenger to do so. Soon, Master Oogway, his Red panda apprentice Shifu, Shifu’s wife and fellow Red panda Su-Lin and Shifu and Su-Lin’s adopted son, an 18-year old male Snow leopard named Tai Lung, arrived on the scene. The ewe showed them the scene and told them of the three cloaked felines.

“Judging by the amount of blood, it must have been a large battle,” Tai said.

“Indeed. I wonder who this wolf was,” Su-Lin commented.

Tai Lung turned to Shifu.

“Master, if you wish, I will go and try to find these assassins,” he said.

Shifu looked at the son he had raised and trained.

“No, my son. We shall be patient. However, I do admire your courage. That tells me that you will very likely be the Dragon Warrior one day,” the Red panda said.

Tai Lung felt his pride swell, unaware of what was to happen to him in two years’ time. Meanwhile, the Wu sisters returned home, just in time to help bury Ming-Jin.
