MLK Photography Contest- April 2011 (Submissions)

Welcome to the MLK Monthly Photography Contest!
April 2011

This contest is held on a monthly basis, the first three weeks being the time to submit your entries and the last is the time to vote. The winner/winners will be announced in the next months submission thread and will receive a winnerbar! This bar will have the month won on it, along with the name of the winner/winners.

Rules :
A user can win no more than three contests. If that user wins three in a row, he/she will have to wait a month before entering again.

Make sure to follow the theme. If your submission does not fit the category, Cheetahstar546 has the right to reject it.

You may enter only one photograph per month.

The image size does not have any limits, just try to make a decent size so people can see it clearly.

DO NOT embed the image in your post as you are submitting it! Please attach it to the post or give the host a link to the photograph. Links will be used for all photographs in the voting topic, where you can see the complete photograph.

All photographs entered must be taken on or after the posting of the Submission thread.

DO NOT USE ANY MANIPULATION other than corrections such as contrast, color and saturation. Changing photographs to grayscale and Sepia is accepted, along with cropping, but do not overdo it please.

DO NOT use any deceiving manipulations on the photograph. If this is found out, the host will delete the submission and if the user has won with the photograph, the host will take away the winnerbar and give it to the runner-up/runner-ups.
The photograph SHOULD BE TAKEN BY THE USER WHO IS SUBMITTING IT! Absolutely no exceptions!

The user submitting should have a copyright on the photograph when submitting.

Don't break the MLK Universal Site Rules. Any entry/entries found breaking these ruleswill IMMEDIATELY rejected or ejected![/u]

Please don't coax others to vote for a specific photograph.

If anything smells fishy, talk about it with the host or staff.

Please be trustworthy, if user contestants don't play by the rules, the contest really won't be fun.
