War Cheetahs

Hello all. This is a little book I wrote about Cheetahs. It's kinda childish, but I hope you like it:

Amani raced out of the bushes, chasing someone who was in a Safari Jeep. Once Amani had pinned them, they were gone. "He's gone!" Amani shouted. Her best friend Kara yelled back "Okay! We'll get to work!" Amani ran back to the site where the rest of her War Cheetah army had stripped the leather off of the seats of the Jeep. Her brother dragged the leather into a secret underground den where armor was made. You'll probably be wondering what is going on with all this war stuff. Flashback! This is what Amani thought happened. Ten years ago, Amani's father had found and Enchanted War Mask ,that archeologists have been looking for for a hundred years, while digging a den for Amani's mother. 5 years later, when her father was older, he put on the Enchanted War Mask while with the cubs to entertain them. Not knowing it was enchanted. Amani's father had disappeared. Amani and her brother and sister were brought up by their mother and one day, after Amani and her siblings had left the den, Amani's mother put it on, thinking it had lost it's magic. This was wrong. Amani's mother was killed. Amani grieved over this, and had been wanting revenge on humans because of the death of her mother and the disappearance of her father. She has now gathered an army of about 20 cheetahs because news has come that archeologists have sighted the Enchanted War Mask in their area. To Amani, this was unacceptable. They were going to have to fight. Amani had crafted the War masks to their finest and strongest. The armor was strong and sturdy. Amani knew this would be interesting. Amani and Kara had the best and strongest armor that took a year to craft and finally finished. In the battle, Amani and Kara would be up front, with her brother Kai and her sister Menari directly behind them. "Amani!" Kara screamed at the top of her lungs. "They're here!" she screamed. Amani ran out of the den with her War mask on. "Get the army and now." Amani looked across the plains; there was the Safari Jeep heading their way. Amani ran back, sounding the alarm. The cheetahs got into their war armor and masks. Then they organized into their war stance. Amani next to Kara in front, with Kai and Menari behind them. Amani then gave the signal to lower heads and stalk. They did this for while the archeologists got out of their truck. They got about half a mile in front of them, still not noticed. Then she lifted her paw up, and took off in a dead run. That meant, RUN. They did. Meanwhile "(in Patrick Star voice)Hey, uh Bob? What's that cheetah running towards us?" "I dunno Fred, maybe it's hungry." As Amani put what she could into her run, she came out in front and, at 80 miles an hour, she charged at the human in front. She flattened her body during her run so she could not be seen as she got closer. Then, out of nowhere, she charged into the human and pinned him. "No what are you doing here?" Amani said, talking through her gritted teeth. "Uh-um-huh-uh." the human stammered. "I said TALK!!" she said, bearing her teeth. "Well, there's this mask and uh we uh wanted it." the human stammered again. Amani pulled out her claws one by one. She examined her nails as she asked "And why do you come from America to get this mask?" The human was now even more nervous as he saw Amani pull her claws out one by one. "Well uh we've been uh, looking for it for a uh long time." Amani dug her claws into coat. "Just sharpening my nails" she said "You know, I did just say talk you know that? TALK!!!" "Wha??" "That's it." Amani drug her claws down his right arm and soon, his right arm was red and a scar against his right eye (sound familiar?). She bit his hands to keep him still while her army tied him up. "Leave him and tie the others" Amani instructed. Amani left to talk to Kara about what to do with them. "I say we should just leave him to bake." Amani said. Kara suggested this: "We could make him a slave!" Kara giggled. "You know what?" Amani said "Just let him go. He hasn't done anything mean to you guys. Just one cheetah being killed doesn't mean all of them have to die. And they , know , not to, come, back". Amani gritted her teeth and slowly turned her glance towards the tied up human. Kara ordered them to be let loose and they ran as fast as they could back to where they were based. Amani chuckled "They've learned their lesson." As they where walking home, Amani thought she heard someone call her name. "Amani! Amani!" Amani stopped dead in her tracks. "Dad?" she whispered. "Dad?" she turned around and saw her father running towards her. "Dad!!" when they met, they fell into the grass in a big bear hug. "Amani!" her father exclaimed. "Dad! How did you- I mean how-" "Amani, I learned that when one does a good deed in the favor of the Mask, a loved one returns. Amani nuzzled her father as they walked home. Cheetah and cheetah. Father and daughter.

So that's my motto, RESPECT THE CHEETAH.
