(Author's Note A/N:) This is my first fanfic on TDI, and I worked hard on it. So please go easy on me. This is only the first part of the story. I hope you like it! I'm Alyssa in the story, by the way. If you like Total Drama Island, then read this!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next morning at Camp Wawanakwa, everyone was at the docks to meet another contestant they haven’t met yet. Chris explained all the details…
“Okay guys, I know this may seem weird but there’s another female contestant joining our team late on the show.”
“That didn’t answer our question.” Noah said with no emotion. “We’re asking for a reason. We already know there’s gonna be another contestant. Would you please just hurry up and get to the part why she came here late on the show?” he demanded.
Chris didn’t seem to smile. “Sheesh, you’re so bossy. And I’m the one who’s supposed to give directions.”
“Whatever.” Noah replied while reading a book.
Ignoring Noah, Chris said, “Her name is Alyssa. Her parents got so fed up with her ”˜cause of her behaviour, and then signed her up to stay here for the last four weeks.”
“Pfft, that’s it?” Gwen scoffed. “That’s the most stupidest reason I’ve ever heard.”
“I know it is.” Chris agreed. “Now just stay calm and wait for the boat to arrive.”
“I wanna see how cute she is.” Owen chuckled. Izzy nudged him in the arm with her elbow. “I thought you liked me!” Izzy cried.
“Owww!” Owen cried as he rubbed his arm. “I do, I do!”
“Uh, is that her?” Noah asked pointing to the boat in his sight.
Everyone looked over at his direction, and they also saw a boat coming towards them. They saw a girl on it, and then they waved to Alyssa far off in the distance except for Noah and Duncan. Alyssa wasn’t that excited to go there.
As soon as the boat driver dropped her off at the end of the dock and left, everyone came running toward her except for you-know-who.
“So… hi Alyssa. What’s up? Good to be here, huh?” Gwen chuckled nervously.
“I didn’t want to be here, you know.” Alyssa growled.
“Oops, too bad. You’re now in the game, Alyssa.” Chris said.
“I did not sign up for this.” Alyssa admitted.
“Uh, yeah. You did. It’s all in here.” Chris said as he showed her a bunch of accepted application forms in his hands. That pile was huge!
When Alyssa saw the pile, she took it from him and tore every piece of paper apart.
“You know what? It’s fine. No worries.” Chris laughed.
“Oh? And I thought you’re the one who’s supposed to be mad at me for doing that. You people are crazy!” Alyssa said.
“Once the producers see the accepted application forms, they take it, and make lots of copies. Chris said as he showed her another huge pile of accepted application forms. “By the way, we don’t care if we get mad at each other.”
Alyssa gasped at what she saw and heard.
“Surprised, no?” Chris chuckled.
Under Alyssa’s breath, she said to herself, “Jerk.”
“I have one question though… Do you know all of us already?” Chris asked.
“Yeah I do. I watch TDI every day when I get home from school. You got a problem with that?” Alyssa said.
“No, no. It’s cool.” Chris said. “Everyone, meet me at the Main Lodge for another challenge.”
The campers groaned.
“Oh, darn it! Can’t you just go through one day without having us to do another challenge again?!” Lindsay complained.
“Nope. Sorry. It’s my job to humiliate others and give all contestants a new challenge every day. I get paid for this.”
“I hate you so much!” Lindsay said.
“Of course you do.” Chris blushed.
Lindsay got confused after hearing his remark.
“Well, that settles it. You guys all know what to do. And Alyssa, you’re with the Screaming Gophers. See you all tonight!” Chris said. With that, he ran off.
