The deer nervously said, "Well uh how do I know you're really who you say you are boss..."

The shadow simply said, "I never said who I am. You might have asked, but I never answered."

Nello suddenly emerged quickly and said, "But I know who you are...now stop being a coward and show yourself..."

The shadow chuckled, "I'm not afraid of you." he appeared in front of him. "So how can I help you?"

Nello said, "Why did you want to appear in my dreams when I had nothing to do with you?"

The shadow said with a chuckle, "Everybody has a thing to do with me."

Nello said, "You must stop this hatred of your mother...I know her and I can promise you that she never did it on purpose. I know what it feels like without a parent around."

The shadow said, "Oh boy, how interesting. Tell me something I do not know."
