Suddenly someone nudged the deer on his shoulder. When he turned around Ophelia was there, "Drop who off a cliff?" before he could even start making excuses she kicked him so hard in his face that one of his teeth came out. After a while when she and her fawn were gone and the deer was waking up the shadow came over, "Annoying isn't she?"

The deer said, "I thought you were going to distract her boss..." He spit his tooth out.

The shadow said, "If I could get my antlers on her I would do far more than distract her. You see, princes can tell where a deer is but she's also able to tell who the deer is. She can sense a hunter even before the forest goes silent. You see I'm from a different time but I'm talking about the same doe."

The deer, obviously not understanding, said, "So you need me to distract her boss so you can get your antlers around her?"

The shadow said, "You see I'm not from this time but I'm talking about the same doe..." he looked at him, "Oh come on, you must have heard the stories."

The deer said, "If you told me one I would know boss."

The shadow huffed, "Oh please. It happened centuries ago... The first prince ever. Well, princess. You must have heard at least once. The Great Ophelia," he said her name through gritted teeth. "You see I'm here for two things and one has to come before the other. I want that doe's head on a stick, and I want it now."

The deer said, "Wait are you her son that hated her? What does that Ophelia have to do with this one anyway?"

The shadow grinned, "Why, the one and only. Don't you see? That's the same Ophelia. They look the same, they sound the same, they act the same and I get the same sick feeling when thinking about either of them. She was brought here to put an end to Karus, if he had any brain he would have killed her while she was still a fawn because while he couldn't kill anyone, he could kill her even before their final battle. She was the first and most successful in the role, not even a single deer died while she was alive. But when a soul comes back, so do souls related to it; her mate, her father and mother, her other son, her cousin."
