Nello shook his head, "I don't know." Suddenly Gurri's son showed up and pushed some shrubs and grass towards Nello and Nuru. "This is for you." Nello was even more confused, "Cousin what in the world is going on here?" However his cousin was silent.

Nuru frowned in his direction, "How nice of you." she said, her tone sarcastic.

Gurri's son said, "At least this way you all live. If you would have stayed there you would have been killed."

Nuru's frowned remained, "By who? Why would anyone want to kill us?"

Gurri's son said, "I...I can;t tell you or they will kill you. I don't know who they are really anyway."

Nuru said, "They will kill me. It's like this place is a safe heaven."

Gurri's son sighed, "I promise you you will get the food you need every day."

Nuru looked around. There wasn't even a proper place to sleep in. "What are we going to do when it starts raining? Or even worse when it starts to snow?" Maybe she and Nello stood a chance against the winter but the fawns were a different story.
