[Private] Balto II: Redemption

Jenna smiled laying on the beach with her mate and hopefully future father "Yes and if they are boys I know they'll be as handsome as you." she felt Balto's head resting ontop of her just enjoying the momment.

Amy saw the nervousness on his face and felt more at ease that he was just as nervous as she had been allowing her to relax a bit "Well . . . um did you wanna go do something with me . . . uh I mean us I . . . oh dear." Amy turned her head embarrased.

"Well so much for doing rather well." Kalu sighed, trying to figure out something to break the nervousness Amy was having. "Hey I was going to go on a hunt I know it might not be your thing but did you want to tag along I can teach you some hunting skills too."

Balto laughed. "You make me so happy, Jenna. I've had the best time of my life. I'm not joking," he said, leaning in and licking her cheek. He then laid back.

Star looked at Kalu. "But we're all domestic dogs. We've never hunted. Food is always brought to us," he said, then looking at Amy and deciding to make his move. He rubbed his head against hers as Ice smiled proudly.

"You've made me so happy too Balto. I hope life will always be like this for us don't you." Jenna closed her eyes thinking of what it would be like with pups her mind raced she could already see Balto playing with them and what they would look like.

Kalu chuckled "I'm not talking about full prey I meant more like fish can't just throw you into the deep end now can I. Besides you never know what might happen in the future I know I wasn't ready," he smiled seeing Star rub his head against Amy.

Amy's tail stood straight up and went stiff feeling Star's head against hers when she relaxed finally and returned his affection and rubbed her head against his.

Balto licked her cheek. "As I said, I'm glad that you didn't give in to Steele. I could never live seeing you with him. He would never be a good mate," he said.

Ice smiled. "I can't wait to tell Jenna later," she said.

Borris walked up to Balto and Jenna. "Did I here right, your having puppies?" The goose asked.

Jenna popped her head up surprised by Borris showing up so suddenly and chuckled "Well it should be said that we are trying to have puppies." looking back at Borris.

"I know Ice she'll be so happy now all we need to do is find you a mate." Amy giggled, "Maybe Kalu is the perfect match for you." She grinned cheekily.

Kalu reeled back in shock not knowing where that just came from but managed a laugh "Nah she's not my type she'd boss me around to much." Kalu chukled. "If you guys wanna go do something else we can I can," he dug his claws into the earth he had been itching for a hunt even if it was just for fish.

Ice looked down sadly. "I'll find a mate eventually. The last dog I loved turned out to be a major jerk who only loved himself and himself alone," she said.

Kalu looked at Ice with worry "Oh who was he and what was he like?" he asked, knowing it was probably a sore topic but if she was to get over the pain she would have to talk about it.

Ice looked away. "His name was Steele. I loved him, but then realized that he only loved himself. He also had a habit of hitting on Jenna repeatedly, not because he loved her, but because she is beautiful and only for that reason," she said.

Kalu looked away "I see I'm sorry that I asked but don't worry I'm sure you'll find the right mate for you." He smiled, looking over at Star and Amy as they continued to nuzzle each other off in their own world *cough*

Amy jumped startled by Kalu suddenly breaking the moment causing her to start chuckling "Well. . . uh how bout we go find Balto and Jenna and see what they've been up to."
