Bambi RP (Private)

Geno silently walked alongside his father, and remained silent despite the fact that his garndfather's voice was still echoing all around them. He just came to a conclusion that his grandfather does that as well, even if it made absolutely no sense at all. After another short moments in which the echoing stopped, Geno could see the little island again, which caused him to look at what used to be a forest and their home. He hated to admit that it didn't look good.

Leah was deep in her own thoughts when she suddenly heard her mate's voice. She knew that he was on the island with everybody else, but speaking to him again after this entire time... and after she and Garo had no reason but to abandon him... It was just too confusing. When Ronno said that he leaving, however, she felt bad all of a sudden. She still loved Ronna, and always would, and the reason she left with Garo was because of the way Ronno was treating him, even if she hated the idea of living without Ronno. "So... you're just leaving? After all of this?" she asked , knowing from today's event that Ronno was now free of his hatred. She didn't want to see him go, not like that.

Garo, during that entire time was just standing at the same spot, and was looking at the what-used-to-be a forest. The fire has almost completly died out, but it was easy for anyone to tell that a lot of demage was done to their home. He knew that the forest will grow back at some point, but untill that happend... Where would everyone go? And thanks to that fire, there probably wasn't any food left either. When he heard Gurri talk to him, he turned to her with a smile. Seeing and hearing her already did a role in cheering his mood up. "Sure." he said as he walked over to her side, and then noticed that she seemed rather troubled. "Is something wrong?"

"I am leaving because it is better for all of us. I have come to the conclusion that I deserve to be hated. Therefore I will deny no one that pleasure. You may go ahead and hate me if you wish." When he saw her face he yelled, "I said hate me! Your son has alreay admitted that he will always hate me no matter what so go ahead and do the same!" He looked at her and sighed, "Before I go I just want you to know I wish so many good things for you. I wish that...you will never have to deal with sadness again." He started to turn away. "Tell your father he was right about me." He couldn't walk away though. He just stood frozen like something was keeping him there. "Oh why me? Why me? Leah if it is alright I will stay for a while."

Faline saw that Bambi and Geno were in the distance and went over to them. She nuzzled both her son and her mate. "Marena is waiting for you my son." She smiled and looked at her children and their mates. "Who would have ever had thought..." She laughed and looked at Bambi. "When we were fawns Bambi we would have never have guessed that this could happen. Not the fire Great Prince, no. I am speaking of the happiness down below of your own children. Neither would you have ever thought that Ronno would make up with you."

Gurri sighed and started to think. "I don't know. Garo we have a few 'things' to talk about. First of all if you and I become mates you know that means, fawns right?" She paused for a second. "I mean what am I going to do about that? We already have enough stress without my own family." She paused even more. "Also Garo I..." Suddenly Karus came before them. He noticed their lack of enthusiasm. "Oh my friends there you are. I have good news for you! I found somewhere safe to eat. It is untouched and can provide food for all of us. Won't you come along First Families?" He smirked knowing that if they didn't follow him it would be his head that would be 'taken to the cleaners.'

Leah couldn't believe what Ronno was saying. How could he just decide that he has to be hated after all of this? He finally accepted the fact that Garo was with Gurri, and he finally stopped with all of his hatred? She wanted to protest, but Ronno spoke up again, this time asking if he could stay. "Of course you can stay." she said, smiling the first genuine smile she smiled at Ronno in a long time.

Geno smiled at his mother, before leaving her with his father and heading off to find Marena. When he was gone, Bambi turned his attention to Faline. Now that she said it, it really was hard to believe that everything has worked out so well, especially with Ronno. "Things worked out so well... You're right... Who knew?" he said as he gave Faline a nuzzle. It seemed like once the forest grew back, things will finally be quiet for everyone.

Garo just looked at Gurri. He never really thought about... that, before. "Ah... I..." he mumbled, becoming a little nervous. "I guess so... I... never really thought about fawns untill now..." he then stopped and thought it all over. If that's what Gurri wanted... then he did want her to be happy. When she mentioned the entire stress, he nuzzled her. "Don't worry about it. I'll be here for you." he said with a smile, before Karus showed up. Garo could see that he still had problems with the leg Geno kicked a few minutes ago, but there was something wierd about what he was saying. He really didn't want to confront him again, and he didn't really believe him.

Ronno smiled toward Leah. "Thank you."

Marena saw Geno and came towards him. "Geno are you alright?" She paused for a moment not knowing what to say. "Well we better join your sister and Garo over there." She soon saw Karus. "Oh no not him again!" she groaned.

Faline smiled and said to Bambi, "Why not rejoin our children?" She started toward where eveyone else was going.

Gurri saw Karus but ignored him and turned back to Garo. "Garo I want you to know...." Karus however interrupted again and she gave him an annoyed look. Karus looked toward everyone present seeing that the First Families had arrived. "Ah Great Prince surely you will be wiser than your offspring and come with me to find food. I found some in an untouched part of the forest. However seeing as you are all not interested..." He turned around and started heading toward the food, "I will go by myself and eat it all. I offered a generous offer so no one go there. In fact if you do I will knock you." He grunted and turned but had a grin on his face knowing that no deer wanted to starve and that one of the deer would go with him. Suddenly Gurri called out and for some reason she felt a need to prove herself. "I'll go and find food." She stopped and said, "If you are lying I will tell everyone of your deceit." Karus smiled, "Of course Princess whatever you say." He knew that she would never make it out of the trap he had sprung.

Geno's mood was quickly improved when he saw Marena, "I'm okay." he said with a smile. "Yeah, we should probably go and..." he then also saw Karus. "What is he up to now?" whatever Karus was planning, Geno knew it would be no good.

Garo had a really bad feeling about all of this. He didn't trust Karus one bit, and despite how serious their need of food was going to be, it still seemed like Karus was lying. And when Gurri volunteered to check it out, he was quick to speak up. "I'll go with you." he said, shooting Karus a look which deliberately said that he wasn't believing him. He would have suggested going by himself, but Gurri seemed like she really wanted to do it.

Gurri smiled and said, "Okay Garo if that is what you want." She started off with Garo and Karus. Karus meanwhile told everyone, "Alright I'll show it to...those two lovebirds and then we shall come back and tell you about it okay?" Karus headed off. He saw Garo and Gurri back there all lovey dubby and was annoyed. "You know if you flirted as well as you fought dorko you could have killed me by now." He went ahead and laughed at Garo. "Ah yes and Garo how did your first shot by Man feel? Were you as big of a coward as I heard you were?" He smiled. Gurri meanwhile got annoyed. "Stop it!" "Oh don't worry Princess I am not going to attack your mate ha!"

Garo began to get angry, but he didn't show it or did anything. He had already beaten this jerk, no need to do it again. He forgot that he was shot by Man before, since it no longer hurt at all, but he couldn't deny that he was lucky that his father was there. He made sure that Karus was leading before he slowly began to follow alongside Gurri. He had a bad feeling about this, and just in case Karus was planning anything, Garo was going to make sure that he was in front of them at all times. As the three walked, Garo waited for Karus to gain some distance from them before whispering to Gurri, "I don't trust him. If something seems dangerous, we leave, okay?" He didn't care about how Gurri felt about this, her safety was more important.

Bambi raised an eyebrow at what was happening. It seemed like a setup to him. "I'll folow them, just in case." he said, looking at Faline. And without waiting for her to protest or anything, he followed the three silently, while making sure that they would not notice him

Gurri nodded and also whispered, "I don't trust him either but he unfortunately offers the best chance for a meal. I don't think he will try anything here anyway." Gurri continued with Garo and also kept an eye on Karus.

Karus heard the whispers and tried to hold back a smile. How very wrong the Princess was. He continued leading the way until they finally saw the meadow where grass was still there. Karus looked at them and said, "Do you see? As I promised there is food for all of you. Since I know you will never thank me I won't ask. Let's go back and tell the others." He started heading back the way they came. Those fools just didn't realize that nothing would have happened to them. Karus needed them to trust him before he sprung the real trap. He told Garo, "Oh and by the way 'Garo' for all of your 'poor me' act at least you had a family, no matter how horrible they were. So this whole 'oh please feel bad for me act' is pathetic really just as you are pathetic."

When Bambi noticed that the three were about to turn and go back, he quickly ran to the side of the road and hid behind a few trees. He was going to check out this meadow once they were far enough.

Garo looked at the meadow, which wasn't the same one that they had at the other end of the forest, which caused him to be hesitant. It seemed like nothing dangerous was outt there, but he still didn't have a good feeling about all of this. When Karus said what he did, Garo froze. It explained everything. That's why Karus was so mean as a fawn, and why he grew into who he was. He had no familly.

Karus noticed that Garo froze when he said that. "Oh wow. Ha! You feel bad for me huh? Well I don't need your sympathy!" He continued until he met everyone else. He then looked at Garo and Gurri. "The meadow is safe and full of food for everyone. Just ask those two." He now knew he had to think fast but due to his alertness now he realized that one member was missing. "Where is the Great Prince?" He began asking trying to make himself sound only curious and not accusatory.

Out in the meadow there soon was a rustling of trees but it only seemed to be the wind. The meadow seemed safe, at least for now and there was no scent other than the scent of food and other forest animals. Somehow though the scene seemed too good to be true.
