Twyla smiled, and then she got up and crept to the library. She sneaked around until she was behind the chair Elisa was sitting in. Then she yelled in a scary voice that was convincing, "I've come to take your soul!! Muahahaha!"

"Aaah!" Elisa shouted, her book flying and falling on the ground a few feet behind her. Elisa shot a blast of ice that narrowly missed Twyla. "Twyla, what are you doing?!" she asked.

Twyla laughed, then she said, "I'm sorry, but Adrian dared me to! He wanted me to scare you and then convince you to come play with us."

Twyla raised her eyebrows at her cousin, then she pulled on Elisa's arm and led her to the music room.

Elisa followed behind her cousin. When Adrian saw the two girls come into the room, he smiled. "Good job, Twyla. Okay, it's your turn," he said.

Twyla smiled, then sat down beside her mom and brother, and asked, "Okay, Elisa, truth or dare?"

Elisa thought for a moment, and then said, "Truth."
