Thor was shocked. "All right, I'm getting to the bottom of this. Resora, can you take me there?" he asked, an angry look on his face.

"Ah, well, Thor, there's probably a bunch of wolves feeding-OH! That reminds me, the wolves wiped out the heards but they didn't eat them! So I don't even know if it IS wolves! But I'll take you and Vesir there."

She guided them for a short while until they reached a small clearing where about 4 elk lay dead on the ground.

"Hear we are..." she muttered.

Thor looked around. "This isn't good. We're going to need to tell everyone to be wary. I'm going to put off my search for a suitor for Lyco until this matter is dealt with," he declared.

"Good idea!" Resora chirped!

Vesir looked around wearily, "The smell is unbearable. And that's not the scent of an elk... ack, what is that, Thor, do you recognize this?"

Thor sniffed the air. "No. This is unlike anything I've ever smelled before," he said.

[Misiziri]

Resora piped up, "Ooh, I know that smell! It-it-it's a snake! A really, really BIG snake!"

Vesir shot a glance at her, "Snakes don't leave claw marks, Res."

"Well maybe one's in the area."

Thor's eyes took on a look of curiosity. "Well, a snake isn't something you see every day. It might be worth a look," he said.

Vesir was cautious, "Res, how big is this snake?"

"It's a huge one. A-a-a-a SERPENT!"

Vesir laughed, "Serpent? Really? Guide us to this serpent, Resora."

Thor joined in the laughter. "Yes, show us. I want to see it for myself," he said.

"Okay, if you wish!" She said smugly.

She guided them to behind a bush. Vesir hid his nervousness.
