Geno sighed, all he could do was wait if he wanted to know whether Faline was allright.

Garo wondered between the deers who were on the island. He looked for his mom everywhere before finally finding her. He walked over to her, "Mom, you're okay." he said, relief evident in his voice as Leah turned over to him.
"Of course I am." she said, but then she noticed the shot on his chest, but Garo seemed to have gotten over it already.

Ronno saw that his son was talking to someone, who he could not see but he hoped it was Leah. Now the real hard part would be how he would tell her that he was sorry for everything he did and that he gave up his hatred of Bambi. He quietly inched over.

Marena looked over to Geno and joked, "Well Princey you seem to be alright." Suddenly Karus was there laughing. "Yes Princey did that horrible wound slow you down in the fire. Well guess what I was glad to give it to you Geno the Dorko."

Gurri remained behind seeing if her mother Faline happened to have made it as well.

Geno sighed. He was getting tired of this. But he ignored him, he wasn't worth it. And besides, he still had Marena, Karus didn't take her away from him, and the thought cheered him up

Karus came up to him. "No matter I know one thing to get you angry dorko. How about I take your girl friend away huh? How would you react then?!" He laughed and tried to do just that by trying to take Marena away. "Uh oh I think I got the dorko angry."

Geno smirked, Karus was probably not expecting anything because one of Geno's front legs was sprained. "Well first I would do this." he said angrilly before jumping onto his back legs and kicking Karus hard in one of his knees, which to Geno's pleasure resulted in a loud snap sound. "And then," he continued and locked his antlers on Karus as he felt gazes being turned towards them, "I would do this!" he then swinged his head towards the water, causing Karus to fly straight off the island and back into the river. Something caused Geno to feel like he has done it before [Bambi & Ronno referrence =O].

Karus coughed up water but only laughed. "Well guess what? You may have beat me but your sister and that Garo will not!" Unfortunately his legs were not working and he crawled over trying to stand up trying to show Garo he had no weakness. He got up carefully but it hurt like a thousand ants crawling through his legs. "Oh look it's Garo the Dorko." Karus looked at Garo and said, "I'll take your mate away from you and I'll pound you until you submit." Ronno surprisingly jumped in. "You leave him alone. What you are doing does nothing but pain even for you." Karus snorted but knew he was no match for that large buck so he left.

Garo just ignored Karus. He knew he had already beaten him before. He didn't have to do it again, especially not now with Karus's leg sprained. But he was feeling ever better when his father jumped into the scene. He never felt like that before, it was the first time he saw the more caring side of his father.

Geno was completly confused, he was there, Gurri was there, their father was there, but Ronno wasn't... 'acting natural'.

Leah was quite surprised by what Ronno just did. He wasn't being furious on either Bambi or his children. And he wasn't angry when Karus named Gurri and Garo as mates. The last time she saw Ronno the one thing he hated the most was for Garo to fall in love with Gurri.

Ronno saw Karus walk away and just coughed. "Well uh I guess my work is finished here." He surprisingly walked over to Bambi and said, "Are you still going to hate me now after all I did to you? As I said Great Prince I will follow whatever you order." He stopped and said, "And Great Prince I know you will not stop this union."

Marena said to him, "You were really brave back there. Why does he seem to hate you so much? What happened between you and Karus?"

Gurri was still looking for her mother but she saw her no where. She felt a deep pit in her stomach hoping that nothing horrible happened to her mother Faline. She kept looking through the herd of deer.

Bambi managed a smile at Ronno, "I never hated you." he said and looked at burning forest

Geno looked at Marena confused. "Nothing really. He's been bullying me since the day I met him."

(Oh I thought you meant he was acting like a wierdo or something XD)

Ronno looked at Bambi adamant. "Yes you hated me Bambi!"

Marena nodded. Meanwhile the forest rangers were already hard at work trying to put out that fire. The forest would be without flames by tomorrow.
