Thorne thought. "I'll give you a week. If you can impress me enough by then, I'll make you quartermaster."

The doctor was a squemish, vulerable young man. "I..i...i could be killed over this. " Then he wearily eyed Angelica and Syrena, "Which one of you was the mother?" he was looking for Mrs. Mama Mermaid with sharp adult fangs.

"Ehhh, I like the offer lad, but lets say we step it up some. Co-Captian?"

"Myself," said Syrena, "but she was raised by Angelica here."

"Is there really any difference?" the captain laughed. "Alright."

The doctor didn't find Syrena a threat, so he wasn't hitched to help. "Look, from what I can tell, she had a seizure. There is no cure." He dismissed the whole thing off.

Jack grinned, "Alright."

"A seizure? What's that?"

The captain smiled and handed Jack a bottle of rum.

"Damage to the head, violent thrashing." The doctor said, he laid Ginny on the ground, in the dirt. "Dangerous."

"This is the life." Jack sighed, leaning back.

"Is there any way to make it... not as bad?" Syrena asked.

Angelica looked at the doctor. "Will they go away?"

Tito looked at the pirate, who, hours before, had been outcasted. "Why 'ave you been nominated for quartermaster?"

"No. They will most likely stay with the girl until she dies. You were lucky this time, she didn't choke on her tounge. "
