Bambi RP (Private)

Garo took some moment to try and gather himself again before turning to his father. He tried to say something but all that came out was a cough as he felt the taste of blood in his mouth.

Geno looekd at Marena and gave a weak smile, "That's what a prince does." he said and looked away, "he looks after the others."

"Your mother is alright." Bambi said reasurringly, remembering that he saw Faline a few minutes before and that she was deep in the woods.

Ronno looked at him and sighed. "What do you see in Bambi's daughter? What makes you love her? Would you happen to spend the rest of your life with her? Maybe you were too young for that question before but you are not now."

Marena nodded and said, "Even a prince must know when to look after himself." She licked him and said, "And look after the ones that care for him."

Gurri nodded but immediately a laugh was heard. A human laugh. Soon the cocking of a rifle was heard along with the growls of dogs. It was moving towards them!

Garo leaned on a tree so that he was a little more steady before turning to his father, "It doesn't matter now, you can't just pop out of no where and do what you just did." he said referring to a few minutes before. He then let out a sigh, "Look, dad... I got my own life to live. I'll never understand your hatred for Bambi, I never will. But when you try to hurt him you hurt me and those I care about." Garo hoped that for once, his father listened

Geno sighed, knowing Marena was right. Even if it would be his duty one day and he felt like it was important, right now his father was still alive and was performing those duties. "Yeah... you're right." he said and licked her back.

Bambi noticed the danger and quickly turned to Gurri, "Get going." he commanded, but before she took off he spoke again, "Where's your brother?"

Ronno nodded but said, "You didn't answer my question. Do you really love her?" He looked out towards the forest and said, "Where is your mother? Does she still hate me?" He looked towards his son and said, "I ask you again do not fall for Man's tricks. Do not go towards the call of a doe so easily. The next time I might not be able to save you and you could become cut up by Man. Do you understand?"

Marena smiled and said, "Well I am glad you agreed with me on that." Suddenly she heard the sound of dogs and she was sure Geno heard them as well. "We need to get out of here."

It was too late however to get out of there. Gurri whispered to her father, "He is still in the forest. I don't know where." Suddenly the dogs rushed upon them smelling deer blood. They knew the large stag was too much for them but the young doe would not be. The human hunter kept laughing at the situation.

Garo sighed, "She doesn't hate you. And yes."

Geno quickly rose to his 3 un-harmed legs. "Oh great timing." he said and began walking as fast as he could into a deeper part of the forest.

Bambi was looking at the direction the growls were coming from. "I'm sure Geno will be fine. Come on, we have to hurry." he said and motioned Gurri to follow. Bambi had no idea Geno could barely walk and on only 3 legs.

Ronno nodded and said to Garo, "My son I give up now on hating Bambi. If you love her you have my blessing." He sighed knowing that what he just said was dufficult.

Marena tried to help Geno along quickly.

However the dogs had them surrounded on all sides. There was no escape. Again the dogs started smelling knowing where they were. The hunter motioned to go after the deer.

Garo was relieved, but also surprised at his father's reaction. "So now what?" he asked before his head started being dizzy again.

Geno kept checking their back every once in a few seconds. He wasn't able to fight at the moment

Bambi didn't see the dogs as a threat, but the hunter was a problem. At some point he knew the hunter would get bored.

Ronno looked at him. "What now? Uh I don't know. You just rest for a while and eventually you will start to feel better okay? Trust me I know what gunshots feel like."

Marena asked him, "Is something behind us? Is that why you are looking back?"

The hunter indeed was getting bored. He laughed and called his dogs off. However then he got a torch and flew it into the forest starting a forest fire. Maybe then the animals would get out of there so that he might get one.

Garo sighed and slowly lay down, trying not to cause any movement around his wound from the gun shot.

Geno looked at Marena, "No, well not for now at least. I'm just checking."

Bambi noticed this, he remembered the fire that occcured when he was Gurri's age. "Get out of the forest. Head for the river." he said and took off to a different direction. They were on one side of the forest so he began running to the others. Before he tried to get out of there he had to warn as many animals as he could.

Ronno looked at him and said, "Just let your body rest and that wil stop the dizziness although if I hear signs of Man you might be more dizzy."

Marena nodded and tried to hurry him along. "Dogs means Man and He could get us in your condition."

The hunter laughed seeing a big buck in front of him. He started to fire and though that stag was able to dodge most of his shots he was a good shot himself and managed to hit him in the neck. The fire was getting too close however so he would let the fire get him. He gathered his dogs and got out of there at once.
