OOC: you should either just get to the part where Kara gets back and talks to Amani, or just go ahead and skip to the morning. Whatever suits you guys better.

OCC: Lets skip to the morning it might go better.

OOC: so when either of you make the next post make it in the next morning (RP morning).

0CC: Yeah, lets wait for 'Rani to come back online and have her go next.

OCC: Alright this will be the next morning then:

Kara woke as sunlight reached the interior of her cave. She yawned, stretched, and stood, sleepily stepping fully into the sun. She looked around and spotted Amani, who looked as if she was waiting for Kara to wake up. She took a deep breath and walked over to her, knowing all to well what was coming next. "Morning." She said, waiting for her reply.

[Daenerys]

Amani growled. "Where were you last night?! You better not have met or TALKED to that rogue that's been wondering around these parts. I bet he scared you good if you talked to him huh?" Amani growled again. She paced around Kara, still growling.

[Arani]

Kara quickly decided not to tell her about Kayan. "Me? Scared? Ha! As if." She laughed as best she could. "No, I saw the rogue but I never talked to him." She said flatly, watching Amani each time she passed in front of her with a Kara-like stare. "The cubs went to bed and I left for some water and an evening stroll as usual. Happy now?" She asked. "Here's the real question. Where were you yesterday?" She stepped in the path of Amani's circle, making her stop to look her in the eye. "Those cubs miss their mother terribly. I'm no stand in what so ever. You can't keep on leaving like this! Ever since he died you've been everywhere but at home with your own children!"

[Daenerys]

Amani growled. "None of your business!" Amani flattened her ears and bared her teeth. "And besides, do you mean you're saying I can't control you? Ha! You think I can't control you! Well you're mistaken." She flattened and bared her teeth again, approaching Kara, making her walk backwards. "Well, just sorry Kara but I don't think you're the one that makes that decision. You think I'm not the Queen of this place do you?".....

OCC: This is not what I'm saying to Arani, this is what Amani is saying to Kara. This is a story and I do not mean this. And if you remember, Amani is Queen of the Pridelands.

[Arani]

OCC: I know, always just a story. ^_^ BTW, you said queen of the Pridelands instead of queen of the plains or what ever their called. xD. And I'm trying to make a big build up for the big fight. That little twist that brings it all together.

Kara stopped backing away, and instead, puffed out her chest and stood tall and strong. "A good leader controls with the kindness in their hearts. If you call yourself the queen, then prove it by spending the day with your children so that you can find some happiness again and so I can get some rest. Then you can get back to your so called 'outings'." She looked slightly back to the cave where the cubs were still sleeping, then back at Amani. "I don't follow you for your sake, Amani. I follow you for their sake. You need me because you can't seem to do it on your own. I want you to prove to me right now that you are capable. I need some rest." She gave her a glare, then turned. "Good day, your Highness." With that, she ran, passing Kayan's resting cave, but not stopping to see if he was there. She just ran, not knowing if she was being followed by Amani, but hoping that Amani had listened.

OCC: We should either have Kayan run after Kara or Amani run after her and leave the cubs or maybe even both... you guys decide, I dont care which.

Kayan woke up pretty early that morning. He wasn't sure whether this time it was because he was an early riser, or whether it was because of the hard time he had falling asleep in the first place. Shrugging off, the male yawned, stood up and stretched, just in time to see Kara run straight past his cave. It was kind of wierd. He'd excpect someone as kind as he to say alone if she was already around. But from what he had just seen, she seemed quite upset. After a few moments of hesitation, the male went out of the cave and decided to follow her. "Kara?" he said, surprised at how fast she could run, "Wait up a sec!"
