The wolves shook their heads.

Suddenly that strange dog showed up right on cue, "Everyone this way quickly. We must go away from Luo."

Aleu said, "Alright, how do you keep doing that? Where did you come from?" Annabeth's companion said, "Does it matter." they went ahead and followed him.

The strange dog said, "Yes what the wolf said...it does not matter." He lead them away from where Luo and the other wolves were, "Luo and the others are at the town. That gives us a chance to get away from them." Annabeth then asked, "What about Kodi?"

Aleu carried on for Annabeth, "And my dad?" it then hit her that her mother was probably in town as well.
