Tai Lung was about to reply when a trumpet fanfare was heard. "Let's go and see what that's about," he said.

Scar nodded and followed Tai Lung. "What's with the racket." Scar said as they walked to the sound.

Little did they know that outside, atop a massive creature resembling a bizarre cross between a cerotopsian dinosaur and an elephant, sat Manic and Mina. When the door opened and the villains emerged, a guard looked at them. "Prince Obi and Princess Mina bring you a message," he said. Manic, whose real name was Obi, looked at them. "Be warned, for you won't get away with attacking us," he said.

"We kind of figured that." Scar replied smiling menacingly.

Manic sighed. "We're leaving now, but be wary. We won't stand for any of this. Your nephew is almost healed, and he isn't happy," he said.

"Who Simba?" Scar chuckled. "Simba can not touch me out of his lands. And when I do return I will regain my place in the circle of life and let Simba end his." Scar said. "Why don't you leave now." Scar said before baring his teeth and growling slightly at him.

Manic nodded. "Yes, Simba. My kingdom is allying with him, and with the Galactic Republic that Revan and his allies serve. Now, we are leaving," he said. With that, the animals handlers prodded the beast back towards Knothole.

"Simba has no reign over me, we have no problems, Simba has no clue where I am nor what I'm up to, and I'm sure he knows our deal was I run away and he doesn't try and kill me." Scar explained to Tai Lung..

Tai Lung thought for a moment. "Perhaps he isn't going to kill you. Perhaps he just wants you as his servant," he said.
